Abstract: A fence post anchor comprising a lower portion, first and second supporting arms, and first and second main arms, made out of a single piece of material. The supporting arms wrap around the front face of a metal fence post and ensure that the anchor will bend above the supporting arms rather than at the base. The supporting arms can lie side by side in the same vertical plane or overlap and lock together with tabs and cut-outs or form a notch. The main arms can be flat or rounded at their top edge and can include folded flanges that tuck behind the front face of the fence post. The first and second main arms spread outward and provide resistance if the fence post is subject to upward pressure. Abstract: A maneuverable, brakeable, roll resistant high performance snow sled suitable for use on downwardly sloping terrain. The preferred embodiment of the sled embodies a tandem, mirror image, in-line suspension and shock absorbing system connecting the main frame member upon which a seat is mounted to a snow board type runner. Roll stability is achieved utilizing stabilizer wings attached to each side of the main frame member embodying a torsion resistance mechanism. Speed control, stopping and turning of the sled is accomplished utilizing an independently operable braking system.

Abstract: A stroller and a stroller base suitable for use with handicapped children. A seat assembly is removably attached to a stroller base for adjustment between upright and tilted positions. The stroller base has an adjustable height mechanism for positioning the seat assembly at positions from near the floor to table height. Optionally, the seat assembly may be releasably mounted on a second base for tilting adjustment between upright and tilted positions. The first base may be designed primarily for indoor use and the second base may be designed primarily for pushing and for outdoor uses.

The frame assembly includes a tilt-in-space block for allowing the seat assembly to be positioned relative to the frame assembly at a multiplicity of angular positions while providing balanced support for the occupant. The back rest of the seat assembly can be positioned at a multiplicity of angular positions while providing proper anatomical alignment and support for an occupant. The seat assembly can be completely removed from the frame assembly and then installed so that the occupant can face in an opposite direction. The stroller is preferably constructed so as to be collapsible for easy transport and/or storage.
