    Abstract: A foam maker has a bucket and a lid. The bucket has an outlet port provided in one of its walls, and a delivery tube connected to the outlet port. The lid base has a frame and a compartment that receives a fan, a motor coupled to the fan, and a fluid inlet port through which foam solution and water can be introduced. The lid top has a water/foam inlet opening that is aligned with the fluid inlet port, and an air inlet port that is positioned adjacent the fan. An air tube is disposed inside the bucket, and has a first end connected to the lid base and communicating with the fan, and an opposite second end having an open distal end that is immersed inside foam solution. The air tube further includes an air chamber positioned adjacent the open distal end.

The system is further configured to synchronize execution of the digital asset transaction with the payment transaction using the interface operations.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a motion content based dynamic frame rate conversion method for displaying a video by a display device, comprising: detecting motion content of the video and generating a control signal for controlling a display color depth based on the motion detection result. The video is displayed with a lower color depth at a higher frame rate than a standard configuration of the display device if the motion detection result indicates that the video contains appreciable amount of motion content; and the video is displayed with a higher color depth at a lower frame rate than the standard configuration of the display device if the motion detection result indicates that the video is relatively static. The present invention can facilitate the display device to dynamically convert its display output formats according to motion content of the video to further optimize the display quality.

The left and right arms are locked by the first and second locking assemblies into a folded configuration against the left and right sides of the main housing when the sea scooter is not in use, and the left and right arms are pivoted away from the left and right sides of the main housing in a use configuration when the sea scooter is in use in the water. The motor is sand-proof and water-proof.

    Abstract: An image displaying apparatus with local dimming control with 2-line addressing is disclosed. The apparatus includes a display panel, a light-emitting diode (LED) backlight divided into a plurality of zones, and a control unit. The control unit is configured to couple a dimming data to the LED backlight. The zones of the LED backlight are driven by row enable signals and column driving signals based on the dimming data. Each individual column driving signal transmits a common brightness data, a first residual brightness data, and a second residual brightness data. A first row enable signal has a first enable pulse in a frame period, and a second row enable signal has a second enable pulse in the frame period. The first and second enable pulses are at least partially overlapped for reducing a pulse current of the LED backlight for enhancing a lifetime of the LED backlight.
