Abstract: Introduced is a method for the production of a diaphragm vacuum measuring cell, wherein on the one side of the diaphragm (2) at a spacing a first housing plate (1) is disposed sealing in the margin region with a joining means (3), and that on the other side of the diaphragm (2) at a spacing a second housing plate (4) is disposed sealing in the margin region with a joining means (3), and that the second housing plate (4) has an opening at which a connection means (5) is disposed sealing with joining means (3) for the connection of the measuring cell (8) with the medium to be measured, wherein the diaphragm (2) and the two housing plates (1, 4) are comprised of a metal oxide.

Abstract: A circuit arrangement for switching PCM channels conducting baseband data signals, with serial data to be switched arriving at n input ports and being converted in blocks to parallel form, intermediately stored in a memory and converted to serial form again after read-out to be fed to n output ports each assigned to one or a plurality of destination addresses. The parallel data blocks are intermediately stored the first time in n input registers assigned to the n input ports. Thereafter, a second intermediate storage takes place in a RAM memory in such a manner that the data blocks are written in successively according to the sequence in which they arrived at a memory address which is counted up sequentially, or the data are subsequently intermediately stored in a RAM memory at a memory address which corresponds to the respective destination address.

Abstract: In an rpm limit shut-off regulation effected by a piston which is displaceable by the rpm-dependent pressure of a regulator fluid and which limits the injection quantity, it is proposed to influence the shut-off curve via a pressure roller which engages a contact surface of the piston. The shut-off curve can be selected to be steeper or flatter over the entire range or a partial range. However, without requiring additional means, the full-load injection quantity can also be influenced in accordance with the rpm. To this end, rapidly rotating parts with necessarily resulting high wear are not required.
