    Abstract: Apparatus for handling a bandolier comprising detachment means for detaching an end block-embracing portion of the bandolier and feed means for intermittently feeding the bandolier to the detachment means so that each successive operation of the detachment means detaches a single end block-embracing portion from the remainder of the bandolier. These blocks are fed to a transplanter machine on which the bandolier handling assembly is mounted.
