  • Patent number: 6371095
Abstract: A plurality of ultrasound engine whistles used in an internal combustion engine. The whistles may be placed inside a carburetor, inside a cylinder head, around an engine valve stem and other locations inside the engine. The whistles provide for greatly improved air fuel mixture prior to ignition. Also, the whistles allow for increased engine performance and acceleration, improved fuel mileage and a cleaner burning air fuel mixture for reduced fuel emissions into the environment. The ultrasound whistles include a whistle body having a first end portion and a second end portion. A whistle hole with whistle lip therearound is formed in the first end portion of the whistle body. The whistle hole has a depth in a range of 0.032 to 0.050 inches. Also, the whistle hole has a diameter in a range of 0.031 to 0.033 inches. The whistles may have various lengths in a range of ⅛ inch to 1 inch and longer depending on the application inside the engine.

  • Patent number: 6210183
Abstract: An improved spark plug and spark plug boot combination used with an internal combustion engine. The spark plug and spark plug boot combination provide for ease in securing the spark plug boot to the spark plug when the spark plug is mounted on the engine. Also, the plug and boot combination provide for ease in removing the spark plug boot from the spark plug which heretofore was difficult to remove because of the boot sticking to the sides of the plug. Further, the combination reduces “flash over” and reduces static electricity with improved engine performance and fuel economy. The spark plug includes external threads formed in a ceramic housing of the plug. The boot includes internal threads formed inside a boot housing for releasable engagement of the external threads on the ceramic body of the spark plug. The boot also includes a spark plug wire connector having “snap-in” connector ribs. The connector ribs are used for releasable receipt in one end of the boot housing.

  • Patent number: 5273185
Abstract: A firing apparatus includes a firing pin on a longitudinal axis and biasing means to urge the pin in a firing direction. A central trigger body with a pull end and base end extends along the axis and includes a fruste-conical surface surrounding the axis and expanding toward the base end to a base edge. An outer trigger body includes a base portion having a sheath with an inner cylindrical surface surrounding the inner body and extending to a base edge. Cooperating screw threads on the inner and outer bodies allow adjustment of the bodies longitudinally, one relative to the other, such that the inner and outer base edges are separated by a selected longitudinal distance.
