  • Patent number: 4703893
Abstract: Hand showers of different functions all have the same casing, which comprises solely channels of non-specific function and non-specific connection means for carrying water. A first inner insert comprises complementary, non-specific connection means, by which a connection to the casing for the water is provided as well as channels of exclusively large area carrying water and which now have a specific function. Finally, all the channels carrying water, which possibly tend to become blocked on account of their small cross section, and all other parts possibly requiring maintenance are combined in an outer insert of specific function, into which the water flows from the inner insert.

  • Patent number: 4629124
Abstract: A hand shower, for optional hard-jet and soft-jet operation in which the water paths provided for the hard-jet and soft-jet operations extend behind a change-over device completely separately from each other. In the water path associated with the soft-jet operation there is arranged a central device for enriching the through-flowing water with air, the area of which device is small compared to the entire outlet area of the water on the perforated plate of the shower. Both the water enriched with air and the water intended for the hard-jet operation are guided via a water distribution chamber; the two water distribution chambers communicate with two separate sets of outlet ports in the perforated plate of the shower (FIG. 4).

  • Patent number: 4572232
Abstract: In a concealed sanitary valve unit the valve body received in a concealed outer housing is made from plastic material. In order not to exert excessive mechanical loads, particularly torsional and tensional loads onto the valve body improved clamping means are provided which will exert onto the valve body only small compressive loads. Connection of the valve body to the feed and work lines extending through the wall is achieved without making use of threadings, since connecting nuts are fixed to the feed viz. work lines having plane end faces adapted to sealingly engage plane connecting faces of the valve body.
