    Abstract: A training apparatus for the sport of water skiing comprising, in combination: a pair of water skis; a first connection near the fronts of said skis and a second connection near the backs of said skis for maintaining the skis generally parallel with a predetermined mutual spacing; a handle rope fixed at one end to the first connection and having a gripping handle at the other end; and a towing rope connected to the first connection for providing forward impulsion to the skis.
