Abstract: A cover assembly comprises a covering member having an object-covering shape, and a container for containing the covering member. The container has a containment configuration and a deployment configuration, and has a defined orientation relative to a notional object to be covered. The container also has an anchor for non-invasively maintaining the container in position on the notional object to be covered. The covering member is secured to the container at a predetermined position of the covering member and in alignment with the defined orientation of the container. Placement of the container at a predetermined position of the notional object to be covered corresponding to the predetermined position of the covering member, with the defined orientation of the container matching the orientation of the notional object to be covered, aligns the object-covering shape of the covering member with a shape of the notional object to be covered.

Abstract: A barbecue cover assembly includes a container having a base, walls moveable between an erected configuration and an outwardly collapsed configuration, and a barbecue cover which can be housed in the container when the walls are in the erected configuration. The base has a high friction material on the underside thereof. The walls can be secured in the erected configuration, and the barbecue cover assembly can be positioned on top of a notional barbecue so that the walls can be moved to the outwardly collapsed configuration to permit the cover to be deployed to a barbecue covering position.

Abstract: A barbecue cover assembly includes a container having a base, walls moveable between an erected configuration and an outwardly collapsed configuration, and an actuating member operable to retain the walls in the erected configuration and to permit outward movement of the walls to the collapsed configuration. A barbecue cover is housed within the container. The cover assembly is positionable on top of a barbecue whereby the actuating member can be operated to permit movement of the walls to the outwardly collapsed configuration and thus permits the cover to be deployed to a barbecue covering position.
