  • Patent number: 6773233
Abstract: A process of manufacturing a component for a hydrodynamic machine in which the component comprises a base body (16) and a plurality of blades (8) which are to be installed on the base body (16). The process comprises the steps of installing the plurality of blades (8) on the base body (16) by a shaped fitted connection with the base body (16) by applying continuous pressure against the base body (16) and using a prefabricated torus as the base body (16). The prefabricated torus is pressed by a pressure roller (20) against the plurality of blades (8) while holding the plurality of blades (8) in a device (4) against the pressure of the pressure roller (20). A component for a hydrodynamic machine, comprising a base body (16) and a plurality blades (8) installed by the inventive process, is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20030194317
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing components with a blade mounting in hydrodynamic machines and to components produced according to this method, comprising a base body (16) and a number of blades (8) to be connected to said base body (16). The blades (8) are connected to the base body (16) with a positive fit by a constantly rotating pressure roller (20), with contact pressure also being constantly exerted on the base body (16).

  • Patent number: 6036408
Abstract: An improved extraction apparatus for bulk material containers, in particular for bins (1) filled with a pourable bulk material (3), comprises a suction head which can be lowered onto the bulk material (3). According to the improvement, provision is made for the suction head (10) to be provided with a float (11), floating in or on the bulk material (3), and to be held above it, and for the oscillation control device (35) to be arranged in such a way that the suction head (10) and/or the float (11) can be caused at least indirectly to oscillate.

  • Patent number: 5004086
Abstract: A motor-vehicle clutch assembly including a start-up and shifting clutch arranged between the driving engine and the gearbox, selectively engaged therebetween by the clutch controlled by an electronic control device and by a complex actuating unit arranged on the clutch. The complex actuating unit consisting of an actuating cylinder for a clutch release lever, several, solenoid valves controlling the auxiliary power and a travel-measuring device. The unit is provided with a singly detachable connection for the pressure supply and for the connection with the electronic control device and the power source, only one plug junction is provided.
