  • Patent number: 6335365
Abstract: The present invention relates to fireproof, non-explosive solids mixtures containing nitroglycerin and anhydrous lactose that do not have to be classified as an explosive in accordance with ADR/RID, IATA, IMCO and/or UN guidelines, to methods for the preparation of such solids mixtures and to the use of anhydrous lactose for the preparation of fireproof, non-explosive solid mixtures containing nitroglycerin and lactose that do not have to be classified as an explosive in accordance with ADR/RID, IATA, IMCO and/or UN guidelines.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 28, 1999
Date of Patent: January 1, 2002
Assignee: Dynamit Nobel GmbH Explosivstoff-und Systemtechnik
    Inventors: Walter Heinzelmann, Cornelius Ruloff
  • Patent number: 5463991
Abstract: An annular gap formed between a shaft of a cylinder head bolt and adjacent components is filled with a wire knit for example to increase the heat transfer. The improved heat transfer reduces the increase in bolt force, especially after a cold start of the internal combustion engine.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 25, 1994
Date of Patent: November 7, 1995
    Assignee: Ing. h.c.F. Porsche AG
Inventors: Peter Krotky, Markus Bauhofer, Walter Heinzelmann
  • Patent number: 4611008
Abstract: A gel or gel preparation of improved stability and shelf life having an action on the coronary arteries comprising nitroesters, an oil base and finely disperse silica, wherein the finely disperse silica contains hydrophilic and hydrophobic, finely disperse silica is disclosed. A method for making the gel preparation is also disclosed.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 14, 1984
Date of Patent: September 9, 1986
    Assignee: Dynamit Nobel AG
    Inventor: Walter Heinzelmann
  • Patent number: 4252744
Abstract: A process for the preparation of racemic phenylethylamine which comprises contacting an optical antipode therefore, e.g., L(-) or D(+)-1-phenylethylamine with sodium amide or sodium hydride.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: June 15, 1976
Date of Patent: February 24, 1981
    Assignee: Dynamit Nobel Aktiengesellschaft
Inventors: Gunter Bison, Kurt Breideneichen, Walter Heinzelmann, Wolfgang Wolfes
  • Patent number: 4190592
Abstract: A process for splitting the L-(-)-.alpha.-phenylethylamine salt of D-(-)-.alpha.-azidophenylacetic acid which comprises the steps of mixing the salt with a liquid diluent and an acidic cation exchange material, effecting agitation of the resulting admixture and therefore isolating a highly purified D-(-)-.alpha.-azidophenylacetic acid. This acid product is characterized by an amine content of less than 0.2% by weight.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 26, 1975
Date of Patent: February 26, 1980
    Assignee: Dynamit Nobel Aktiengesellschaft
Inventors: Gunter Bison, Reiner Elfgen, Walter Heinzelmann, Josef Winterscheid, Wolfgang Wolfes
  • Patent number: 3932441
Abstract: Process for producing tetrazole-1-acetic acid of maximum purity includes the steps of providing a crude reaction product containing an alkyl ester of tetrazole-1-acetic acid having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms in the alkyl group, effecting molecular distillation of this reaction product at a temperature below 130.degree.C. under a vacuum of 10.sup.-.sup.1 torr to obtain a distillant containing the alkyl ester and then gently hydrolyzing the resultant distillate to obtain the desired acid product.
    Type: Grant
