  • Publication number: 20240027250
Abstract: A measuring transducer includes: a transducer module including a housing and a coil within and connected with the housing; and, set in the transducer module, a transducer module including a tube and a magnet secured on a middle segment of the tube. The tube wall is so formed that a directrix of a channel surface of the middle segment extends outside a first reference plane of the measuring transducer defined by first and fourth reference axes, and the magnet is secured on the middle segment such that a second reference plane of the measuring transducer defined by second and fourth reference axes is parallel to a third reference plane defined by third and fifth reference axes or that the second and third reference planes intersect one another to form an angle of intersection of no more than 1°.

  • Patent number: 9027915
Abstract: A retractable assembly for introducing an insertable device into a container through a container opening, comprising: a linear guide, which is releasably mountable on the container via a holder; and, guided along the linear guide, a slider, on which an articulated head is so seated, that it has at least two degrees of freedom perpendicular to the linear guide, wherein the insertable device is at least axially guided in the articulated head in the mounted state.

  • Patent number: 6397683
Abstract: An improved clamp-on arrangement having a first sensor assembly (2, 2′) and a second sensor assembly (3, 3′) usable for different nominal diameters of pipes. The sensor assemblies can be positioned either along a single straight surface line (11) or along diametrically opposed straight surface lines (11′, 11″) of the pipe. The arrangement contains replaceable components, so that in the event of a malfunction, only faulty components need to be replaced. The assemblies (2, 2′; 3, 3′) are attached by means of pipe straps (4, 4′); (5, 5′) and wherein the assemblies are identical in construction. Each assembly has a flat bracket (6) adjacent to the pipe and having a longitudinal center line (61) and a tubular portion (62) integrally formed thereon. A sensor inset (63) is longitudinally guided in the tubular portion (62) and contains an ultrasonic transducer (64) with a transducer element (644).

  • Patent number: 3992111
Abstract: Apparatus for detecting defect locations at the surface of a moving reflecting material comprising a light source and a first optical system which directs the light thereof successively upon surface regions of the material situated along a line extending essentially transversely to the direction of movement of the material. A photoelectric transducer and a second optical system are provided, the second optical system collecting the light reflected from the individual surface regions at the transducer. An indicator device or mechanism which as a function of the intensity of the light reflected by each surface region produces a signal, especially an optical signal, which is associated with the relevant surface region.
