  • Patent number: 9243701
Abstract: A power-split transmission for a traction drive includes a hydraulic power branch and a further power branch. In order to control a velocity, a displacement volume of a hydraulic pump of the hydraulic power branch is configured to be adjusted by a hydraulic actuating device. For the purpose of adjustment, a control pressure medium can be applied to the actuating device by a control valve. An additional pressure-control device is configured to be used to set a control pressure of the control pressure medium to a setpoint value which is dependent on a drive range of the transmission or of the traction drive.

Date of Patent: January 26, 2016
    Assignee: Dana Rexroth Transmission Systems

  • Patent number: 7306071
Abstract: A hydraulic steering apparatus with steering amount amplification is provided, wherein a metering device for supplying pressure medium to steering cylinders is actuated in accordance with an amount of rotation of the steering wheel. With the aid of a control block it is possible to deliver an additional pressure medium volume to the steering cylinders, wherein control of the control block is effected through the intermediary of a control circuit containing an effective control pressure that is substantially lower than the load pressure for transmitting the steering moment at the steering cylinder. A spring assembly for the control block is also provided, wherein two springs are arranged in parallel, one of which only takes effect following a predetermined stroke of the control element.

  • Patent number: 5315828
Abstract: The present invention relates to a valve assembly for the supply of users in hydraulic control systems with pressurized fluid for the load pressure (LS) independent control of several simultaneously actuated hydraulic users wherein the ratio of the partial flows once set is maintained at undersupply of the system with the pressurized fluid. When the demand of the users exceeds the maximum output flow of the variable displacement pump, the (high) priority users receive the demanded quantity whereas the low priority users receive a reduced quantity by switching the control pressure for the low (i.e. no) priority users via a directional control valve and a pressure relief valve to a lower pressure level. Only when undersupply of the entire system occurs, i.e. when the maximum output flow of the variable displacement pump is no more sufficient despite the limitation of the control pressure for the low priority users, then the presently flowing partial flows of all users are reduced proportionally.
