Abstract: A gonioscope for viewing the angle of the trabeculum and the drainage angle and related structures comprising a lens having a cylindrical surface and formed at its front end with four inclined facets narrowing toward the front free end thereof. The lens includes a front surface substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder having therein a concave inwardly directed recess, the said facets constituting total internal reflection surfaces.
