  • Publication number: 20040263151
Abstract: A current sensor has a yoke with an air gap, a magnetic field probe arranged in the air gap, a circuit carrier on which the magnetic field probe is mounted, the magnetic field probe being mounted so that overlap a recess of the circuit carrier, and a magnetic flux of the yoke being oriented in the recess substantially perpendicularly to the circuit carrier.

  • Patent number: 6706236
Abstract: To make holes in ceramic green sheets that are needed to create feedthroughs, it is proposed to make the holes by using a gas that is under a higher pressure than atmospheric pressure and that is expelled in a pulsed manner from a pressure vessel and thereby acts on a principal surface of a ceramic green sheet, at at least one location at which a hole is to be made, in such a way that material is shot out of the ceramic green sheet at that location. This eliminates the disadvantages associated with the use of punches to punch holes.

Inventors: Juergen Zaremba, Walter Zein, Wolfgang Jacob, Ralf Schmid
  • Patent number: 6435881
Abstract: A device for the electrical and mechanical connection of a first, preferably elastically flexible printed circuit board to a second printed circuit board wherein an electrically conductive contact pin, protruding from the second printed circuit board and projecting through an opening in the first printed circuit board, is electrically conductively connected to a conductor track of the first printed circuit board. The device further includes an electrically conductive clamping part with elastically flexible protrusions embodied on it that embrace the contact pin by nonpositive engagement, and a bearing region of the clamping part that is electrically connected to the protrusions is pressed in prestressed fashion against a conductor track disposed on the first printed circuit board.

    Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbH
Inventors: Walter Zein, Ralf Schmid, Martin Frey
  • Patent number: 6417455
Abstract: In a conductive foil, for the conductive connection of electrical/electronic components, the foil including an elastically malleable, non-conductive carrier foil strip on which a plurality of printed circuit traces are arranged, insulated to the outside and running next to each other in the longitudinal direction of the carrier foil strip, in order to ensure that the conductive foil can be bent in a lasting two- or three-dimensional shape. The conductive foil is provided with at least one lastingly malleable shaping element that is insulated from the printed circuit traces and that runs in the longitudinal direction of the carrier foil strip.
