Abstract: Semiconductor devices and methods of manufacturing are presented in which inner spacers for nanostructures are manufactured. In embodiments a dielectric material is deposited for the inner spacer and then treated. The treatment may add material and cause an expansion in volume in order to close any seams that can interfere with subsequent processes.

Abstract: A controlling method for a wireless communication device is provided. The controlling method for the wireless communication device includes: attaching a first Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) to a Long-Term Evolution (LTE) network; determining whether a second USIM is camped on the LTE network; detecting whether a paging collision is happened, if the second USIM is camped on the LTE network; generating a requested International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) offset for the second USIM, if the paging collision is happened, wherein the requested IMSI offset is 1 or min(T, nB)?1, T is a default paging period and nB is a number of paging occurrences within the default paging period; transmitting an attach request with the requested IMSI offset to the LTE network for the second USIM; receiving a negotiated IMSI offset from the LTE network; and attaching the second USIM to the LTE network with the negotiated IMSI offset.

Abstract: A method includes etching a gate stack in a wafer to form a trench, depositing a silicon nitride liner extending into the trench, and depositing a silicon oxide layer. The process of depositing the silicon oxide layer includes performing a treatment process on the wafer using a process gas including nitrogen and hydrogen, and performing a soaking process on the wafer using a silicon precursor.

Abstract: A grasping apparatus includes a robot and a grasping assembly. The grasping assembly is rotatably mounted to the robot and includes a cylinder, two grasping plates, two grasping blocks and two first resilient members. The cylinder is secured to the robot. The two grasping plates are rotatably attached to the cylinder. The cylinder is capable of driving the two grasping plates to rotate towards each other. Each grasping block is slidably attached to each grasping plate. Each first resilient member is secured between each grasping block and each of the two grasping plates. When the two grasping plates are rotated towards each other, the two grasping blocks are adapted to sandwich a product therebetween.

The locking member engages in the connecting portion hole and the connecting body hole so that the first connecting member is rotatable relative to the second connecting member. The connecting body post abuts on the angled surface and the first connecting member is rotated between a first position where a first friction is generated between the connecting body post and the angled surface, and a second position where a second friction is generated between the connecting body post and the angled surface and greater than the first friction.

The operating portion is capable of engaging with the locking tab of the bracket for inserting the positioning portion into the mounting hole of the disk drive via the through hole of the bracket.

A resilient protrusion is formed on the second bent portion for inserting in the cutout.

The locking portion extends from the securing portion and away from the drive. A locking tab (5331) is formed on the locking portion that engages the housing. Each wire member helps secure one securing portion to the drive with one end thereof.

Abstract: A mounting apparatus for an electronic device includes a mounting bracket for receiving the electronic device and a securing member pivotally attached to the mounting bracket. The mounting bracket includes a sidewall. The securing member includes a securing arm having an operating portion and a securing portion, and an elastic driving portion connected to the operating portion. A free end of the driving portion resiliently abuts against the sidewall to apply an elastic force onto the operating portion in a direction away from the sidewall and onto the securing portion in a direction toward the first sidewall. The securing portion extends through the sidewall of the mounting bracket to engaging with the electronic device.
