The nut includes a hexagonal top hole and an internally threaded hole. The threaded shank includes an upper section, a lower section, an adjustment section extending downward from the lower section, and an intermediate annular flange between the upper section and the lower section; and the shaft includes an internally threaded hole.

Abstract: A lock latch is provided with in combination a lock assembly including a knob at one end, a curved member, a hollow, rotatable shaft inwardly projecting out of the other end, and two opposite flats formed on an outer surface of the shaft; a seat including an oval projection having a through hole, a recess in an inner surface of the projection, and raised blocks on the recess; and two end members; a strike plate secured to the seat; and two opposite elastic members disposed between the raised blocks at one end of the recess and the raised blocks at an other end of the recess respectively. The shaft is inserted through the through hole, a fastener is driven through the shaft to have one end fastened, and an outer surface of the shaft other than the flats are clamped by the elastic members in an unlocked position.

Abstract: A pulley seat includes a housing including a cover including a slot on an intermediate portion, and a casing including first and second stepped diameter holes on both sides respectively wherein the housing is integrally formed by hot forging; a pulley including an axial channel; a bearing having an axial hole and being rotatably disposed in the axial channel; a stepped-diameter first sleeve disposed in the first stepped diameter hole; a stepped-diameter second sleeve disposed in the second stepped diameter hole; and a pivot pin rotatably disposed in the first sleeve, the axial hole, and the second sleeve.

Abstract: An improved riveted structure for a pulley seat is provided. The riveted structure essentially includes a panel and a base. The bottom surface of the panel is bilaterally provided with hot-forged rivets, and the base is bilaterally provided with through holes corresponding in position to the rivets. The riveted structure is characterized in that the through holes of the base are elliptical to facilitate insertion of the rivets. In addition, a washer is mounted around each rivet before the rivets are stamped. Thus, once the rivets are stamped to connect the panel to the base, the stamped rivets leave no traces on the surface of the panel. Also, production efficiency and the riveting effect can both be increased.

Abstract: A window lock is composed of a base and a rotating element. When a force-exertion part of the rotating element is exerted with force to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise by an angle with a central shaft as an axis, a camshaft rotates with the rotating element synchronously, allowing two convex parts to be abutted respectively on inner surfaces of first and second elastic spring leaves, and the first and second elastic spring leaves to be expanded elastically. When the two convex parts are escaped from the inner surfaces of the first and second elastic spring leaves, the first and second elastic spring leaves are restored elastically. Therefore, the rotating element can have an excellent elastic movement upon rotating by an angle, and there will be no concern of elastic fatigue or loosening if the lock is used for a long time by rotating.

Abstract: A riveted structure for a pulley seat, comprises a base which is pivotally connected to the pulley and is provided with two apertures on the surface of the two sides thereof, respectively; and a panel which is provided with an elongate through-hole at the center thereof, and which can cover the base, such that the pulley passes through the through-hole and is exposed outside; wherein two rivets are integrally formed on the two sides of the panel, which are passed through the two apertures and then, pressed, whereby the two rivets are deformed and positioned on the underside of the apertures, thereby providing rigid connection between the panel and base and no riveted trace exists therebetween.

Abstract: A locking device for doors or windows comprising:a base member including an axially extended hole which has one end being formed as an oblong-shaped hole and the other end being formed with a round opening, the oblong-shaped hole having an axially extended inner wall;a locking shaft, from a front end of the locking shaft there are formed in sequence with a ball-shaped handle, a circular ring, an oblong-shaped locking block cooperating with the oblong-shaped hole, an elongated round rod, and a thread portion at an end of the round rod for connecting with a locking head which has a diameter greater than the round rod, wherein the locking block, round rod and locking head can be received in the oblong-shaped hole and the round opening;a spring mounting around the round rod, the spring having one end pushing on the inner wall of the oblong-shaped hole and the other end pushing on an inner surface of the locking head so as to keep the locking shaft at a pre-determined position relative to the base member.

The flange is provided with a plurality of threaded hole. A fixing plate having a threaded hole at the center portion thereof. Both side portions of the plate are provided with through holes. The threaded hole is screwed into the outer thread of the outer sleeve. The immediate sleeve to be incorporated with the outer sleeve. The immediate sleeve is provided with longitudinal slot at its inner wall. The longitudinal slot has an enlarged cut which forms upper and lower positioning edges. A spring is disposed within the bottom of the sleeve. A top press block has a traverse slot. The upper and lower portion of the block has a first and a second posts which have different diameter one another.
