    Abstract: The invention discloses a new and inventive adjustable wrench or spanner. It comprises essentially an elongated handle element (1) with a convex urging portion (11) at one end, an upper jaw element (2) with a concave urging portion (21), a lower jaw element (4) with a protrusion portion (44) and a ratchet assembly (3). The upper jaw element (2) is movable with the assistance of the two engaging urging portions (11, 21) and the lower jaw element (4) is adjustable with the assistance of the ratchet assembly (3). Two jaw portions (22, 41) are operable in tightening or loosening positions, without having to b disengaged from a hexagonal nut. When the jaw portions (22, 41) are opened in a loosening position, gripping edges (23, 42) of the jaw portions (22, 41) are allowed to shift from one width across flats (f1) to another width across flats (f2).

    Abstract: There is disclosed an extension socket device, electrically equipped with a plurality of socket units (15) and a cord storage and dispensing system. The present invention comprises a rectangular housing body (10) formed by two hollow pans, an electrical plug (22) and an extension cord (21). The larger hollow part of the housing body (10) comprises a top wall (11), two end walls (12) and two side walls (13). The smaller hollow part comprises a ring-like intermediate wall (17) and a bottom wall (14), wherein in the intermediate wall and a bottom wall, wherein the intermediate wall and the bottom wall integrally form a working enclosure defining a working space for the wiring mechanism of the socket units (15). A receiving track of predetermined space is formed when the larger hollow part and the smaller hollow part are assembled together. The extension cord (21) of predetermined length in single file is fully retracted into the receiving track.
