Abstract: An apparatus for exercising a dog with an object includes a frame having a cage for retaining a plurality of objects. The frame also includes at least one prong extending away from the cage. The prong is attached to a pouch with a resilient member. The apparatus also includes a handle attached to the frame and a collapsible forearm brace pivotally attached to a base extending from the handle. The collapsible forearm brace is pivoted proximate the frame when in transport or in storage. The collapsible forearm brace extends from the base and into a rigid engagement therewith when in an operational configuration.

Abstract: A pet toy comprises an elastic core, a napped surface and an outer cover. The elastic core defines a shape of the pet toy. The napped surface covers the elastic core. The outer cover is durable, flexible and transparent, for protecting the elastic core from chewing activity while providing a view of the napped surface. The napped surface spaces the outer cover from the elastic core, such that the outer cover conforms to the shape of the pet toy.

A frame is fixedly attached to or proximate the handle and extends forwardly. A spring mechanism is energized by pivoting the pivot arm to a launching position. The disc is placed in the disc holder such that when the pivot arm is released, the disc is launched into flight due to the force released by the spring mechanism.
