A top panel is engaged across the upper end of the side panels using the same inter-fitting engagement protrusion and engagement opening pairing, which together with the surface, completely enclose the equipment. A tang is fixedly attached to one of the side panels and extends through the top panel. A puck lock receives engages an opening in the tang with a hasp that is completely enclosed within the lock, preventing relative motion of the panels.
