  • Patent number: 9560469
Abstract: A system and method are described for automatically or manually adapting the user interface of a mobile electronic device (“MED”) for a desired persona of the system user. This will permit the system user to provide a desired personal image to the outside world. The ability of a system user to adapt the MED for a system user's persona will include the changing the user interface consistent with the persona the system user desires to represent internally and externally. This will also permit the system user to change the external connections of his/her MED consistent with that persona, which will remain the active persona until the system user decides to change the persona.

  • Patent number: 8862166
Abstract: A system and method are described that is directed to a smart device app that will permit a smart device user to download ringtones from a smart device to a watch configured to receive such ringtones. The watch will is configured such that the complete downloaded ringtone or portions thereof can be used as an audible indicator, such as an alarm, for that watch. The watch is also to receive text messages from the smart device for scrolling across the display window of the watch, which will permit the person wearing a watch to receive and review text messages, and provided limited response without the need to display and use a smart device.

  • Publication number: 20090045280
Abstract: A system and method for dispensing roll material is described that substantially prevents toilet paper runaway and is useful in reducing irritation caused by using dry toilet paper. In one embodiment, the dispenser has a structure that has a thin, but strong curved, rigid arm with a tooth that is biased to engage the toilet paper roll in such a manner that it will only permit the roll to turn only in one direction. If the roll is attempted to be turned in the opposite direction, the tooth, which is disposed toward the roll, will engage the roll and prevent rotation in the second direction without substantially damaging the toilet paper on the roll. In a second embodiment, the toilet paper dispenser will dispense a predetermined amount of toilet paper into a receiver that has a sufficient size that it will fold over onto itself a predetermined number of times.

  • Publication number: 20080285227
Abstract: A modular small size computer system is disclosed that may be used in a very limited workspace environment in the close proximity of other people without the ability of such people being able to view the information on the display screen. The modular small size computer system includes four main elements: a nano-processor unit, a power supply, visual display goggles for projecting a virtual display screen, a mouse/input device, and a keyboard. The modular small size computer system may be a stand-alone system or configured to attach to the laptop, tablet notebook, or desktop computer that will serve as the primary computer.
