The method for handling radio link failure is applied to a first terminal and includes: detecting a radio link failure between the first terminal and a second terminal; and reporting an indication message of the radio link failure to a serving base station of the first terminal, where the indication message includes at least one of the following information: an identifier of radio link, an indication of radio link failure, or a cause of the radio link failure.

Abstract: A method for entering a dormancy behavior and a terminal are provided. The method includes: receiving indication information indicating that the terminal enters the dormancy behavior; and in a case that conditions of validity are satisfied, entering, by the terminal, the dormancy behavior based on the indication information, where the conditions of validity include at least one of the following: scheduled data is successfully transmitted; a quantity of times of transmission of the scheduled data reaches a maximum quantity of times of retransmission; or a first timer expires.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for configuring a quality of service parameter are disclosed. The method for configuring a quality of service parameter is applied to a network-side device and includes: configuring a mapping relationship between a QoS parameter set and an SLRB parameter set for a terminal; in a case that a QoS parameter of the terminal matches none of configured QoS parameter sets, allowing the terminal to trigger RRC connection establishment; or indicating a default SLRB parameter set to the terminal, where the default SLRB parameter set is to be used by the terminal in a case that a QoS parameter of the terminal matches none of configured QoS parameter sets.

Abstract: A data transmission method, a device, and a medium are disclosed. Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for segmenting a PDF document and a method for loading a PDF document in a webpage. The method for segmenting a PDF document includes: S101, inspecting whether a PDF document includes an original directory structure or not; S102, if yes, segmenting the PDF document into multiple PDF sub-documents according to the original directory structure; and S103, if no, segmenting the PDF document into multiple PDF sub-documents according to document contents of the PDF document and a lexical database corresponding to the PDF document. The present invention segments a PDF document into multiple PDF sub-documents to ease operations of for example online reviewing, downloading and searching of the PDF document, and improve a user's experience of use.
