Abstract: A video transmitting method with an image quality adjusting function is provided. In the method, a video stream is transmitted to a receiving terminal. A received number of frames of the video stream received by the receiving terminal in a preset period is obtained. An image quality of the video stream is adjusted according to the received number of frames.

Abstract: A portable electronic device with recording function includes a main body, a hinge member, a covering body, a first image capturing module and a second image capturing module. One side of the hinge member is connected to the main body and another side is connected to the covering body so that the covering body has at least a rotary axial direction of movement. Abstract: An input/output device used for connecting at least one external wire with a display apparatus, comprises a case, at least one I/O connector, a flip cover, and a lighting device. The case embedded in the case of the display apparatus has a wiring slot to provide the wire passing through the case. The I/O connectors embedded on the case are electrically connected to the display apparatus. The flip cover is pivoted on the case. The lighting device having a light source and a switch is associated with the flip cover to turn on or turn off the light source.

Abstract: A touch display apparatus including a display unit, a light confinement element, at least one light emitting device, and at least one optical detector is provided. The light confinement element is disposed beside the display unit, and has first and second total internal reflection (TIR) surfaces, and a light incident surface connecting the first and second TIR surfaces. The light emitting device is disposed beside the light incident surface and capable of emitting a light beam which enters the light confinement element through the light incident surface. The first and second TIR surfaces are capable of repeatedly totally reflecting the light beam in the light confinement element, for confining the light beam between the first and second TIR surfaces. When a touch object contacts the first TIR surface, the TIR effect is spoiled, and the touch object reflects a part of the light beam to the optical detector.

Abstract: A system with a wireless network device is provided. The system includes a wireless network device and an electrical device. A storage unit of the electrical device stores a wireless network profile. A second processing unit of the electrical device detects if the wireless network device is connected to the electrical device. When the wireless network device is connected to the electrical device, the second processing unit of the electrical device transmits the wireless network profile to the wireless network device. When the wireless network device obtains the wireless network profile, a first processing unit of the wireless network device drives a first wireless network unit of the wireless network device to transmit data wirelessly according to the wireless network profile. A method for processing a wireless network profile is also disclosed.

Abstract: A wireless digital picture frame with video streaming capabilities comprises: a body having a video display unit, a first audio I/O unit, a first input unit, a first processor, and a first wireless transceiver unit; and a wireless camera having a video input unit, a second audio I/O unit, an audio codec unit, a second processor, and a second wireless transceiver unit. The body and the wireless camera communicate with each other through Wi-Fi connection. The wireless communication thus enables the wireless camera to capture A/V signals and transmit the captured signals back to the first processor of the body to be played by the video display unit and the first audio I/O unit; at the same time, the captured A/V data may also be stored to an external storage medium connected to the wireless digital picture frame. The above process forms a video recording mode and a surveillance mode.

It comprises two rotatable mechanisms and a transmittal device that can propel the guidewire into continuous motion comprising moving forward, moving backward, moving clockwise, and moving counter-clockwise. The invention comprises of a square frame and three gears that are meshed together and are referred to the first, second, and third gear, respectively. At the front of the third gear are the first and second sets of the idle wheels that can hold the guidewire tightly. The invention employs the mechanical gears to control movement of the guidewire.

Abstract: A rear-projection display apparatus includes a housing, a screen mounted on the housing, an optical engine mounted in the housing, and a host unit mounted in the housing and coupled to the optical engine. The host unit includes an on screen display module having an image alignment unit that is operable in an image-alignment mode to enable the optical engine to project a test pattern onto the screen. The image alignment unit is operable to adjust display of the test pattern projected by the optical engine onto the screen such that the test pattern thus displayed is within a predefined range of the screen when the image alignment unit is operated in the image-alignment mode.

The first fixing member comprises a body and fixing parts connected to the body. The reflective mirror is placed within the fixing part of the first fixing member by the cushions. The second fixing members are arranged on the base plate to restrain the movement of the reflective mirror along a second direction, wherein an included angle is formed between the first direction and the second direction. The second fixing members cover a portion of the reflective mirror.

Abstract: The structure for heat dissipation in a portable computer according the present invention is a structural design that provides an additional heat dissipation room in the main containing space inside the notebook computer, and provides heat dissipation module in the heat dissipation room, such that the efficiency of heat dissipation is raised. The heat dissipation module includes a heat conductor, a fan, and a heat dissipation plate. Besides, air inlet and air outlet are provided in the heat dissipation room to enable air convection during heat exchange, and accordingly ameliorate the drawback of insufficient heat dissipation in a conventional structure.

Abstract: A dampened hinge used for pivoting a flip cover onto a cover case of an electronic apparatus comprises a pivot element, a first connector, a second connector, a shaft, a first torsion element, and a second torsion element. The pivot element connected to the flip cover is set between the first connector and the second connector fixed on the cover case of the electronic apparatus. The shaft inserted through the pivot element is fixed on the first connector and the second connector. The first and second torsion elements are sleeved on the shaft. One end of the first torsion element is fixed on the first connector, the other end of that extends in adjacent to anther side of the pivoting element. One end of the second torsion element is fixed on the second connector, the other end of that extends away from anther side of the pivoting element.

The guiders are disposed on two opposite sides of the display unit respectively, and each guider has a guiding groove protruding from the display unit. The display screen is disposed between the guiders, and the display screen slides along the guiding grooves. The fastener which covers a portion of the display screen is disposed on the display unit. The display screen is fastened on the display unit by the guiders and the fastener.

Abstract: A position-adjusting mechanism of an optical engine comprises a base, an adjusting board, two adjusting devices, two fastening devices, and a universal bearing. The adjusting board is set on the base and has two arc slots and two screw holes formed thereon. The adjusting devices are respectively screwed in one of the screw holes and set against the base. One end of the fastening device is inserted through one of the arc slots and is fixed on the base, and the other end of each fastening device is used to press the adjusting board towards the base. The universal bearing is located between the base and the adjusting board and serves as a pivot for rotating the adjusting board against the base.
