Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate having a first lattice constant, a dopant blocking layer disposed over the semiconductor substrate, the dopant blocking layer having a second lattice constant different from the first lattice constant, and a buffer layer disposed over the dopant blocking layer, the buffer layer having a third lattice constant different from the second lattice constant. The semiconductor device also includes a plurality of channel members suspended over the buffer layer, an epitaxial feature abutting the channel members, and a gate structure wrapping each of the channel members.

Abstract: A rail transportation means used in bottled preparation manufacturing process is provided with a rail and a slide block slidably mounted on the rail. On the slide block are provided a first movable guideway, a second movable guideway, a position-switch device and a material loading-and-unloading mechanism. The rail transportation means is capable of automatically transporting feeding trays to and forth between the filling area and other relative equipments involved in the manufacturing process, such as the lyophilizer and the sealing device, without requiring manual intervention, thus allowing the bottled preparation manufacturing process to be carried out in a dust-free and sterile environment, increasing product yield and production efficiency.

Abstract: A shock absorber utilizes an internal passage design and cooperates with at least one flow-restricting member and elastic member to change the flow speed and displacement during the extension and retraction of the shock absorber, so as to make the extending and retracting speeds of the shock absorber different for buffering the shake wave to the house, thus reducing the force shaking the house in the earthquake.

Abstract: A wastewater separator comprises an inner pivoting assembly and an outer pivoting assembly. The wastewater is guided onto a blade which helically extends in the axial direction of the inner pivoting assembly. The inner pivoting assembly and the outer pivoting assembly are driven to pivot for enabling the impurity in the wastewater to fall off along the blade and the water in the wastewater to flow upwards along the outer pivoting assembly, so as to achieve the objective of separating the water from impurity in the wastewater.
