    Abstract: A capacitive antenna structure comprises a substrate and a sheet-shaped capacitor. The substrate has a radiating metal layer and a grounding metal layer thereon. The radiating metal layer has a first groove to expose the front surface of the substrate, the first groove having a signal feeding hole therein and having a second groove on the edge. The grounding metal layer has a third groove on the edge to expose the substrate, the third groove being opposite to the second groove, the third groove having a first contact and a second contact on two sides respectively to electrically connect to the capacitor. The third groove may connect to a fourth groove to expose the substrate, the fourth groove having a signal transmission line therein, and the signal transmission line having the signal feeding hole to connect a cable.

    Abstract: A planar antenna having RFID electric tags comprises: a substrate (1), a radiating metal layer (2), a grounding metal layer (3) and a RFID chip (4). The substrate (1) has a front surface (11) and a rear surface (12) thereon. The radiating metal layer (2) is provided on the front surface (11) of the substrate (1). The grounding metal layer (3) is provided on the rear surface (12) of the substrate (1). The RFID chip (4) is provided on the front surface (11) of the substrate (1). The RFID chip (4) has a plurality of pins (41) on its two sides. The pins (41) electrically connect to the radiating metal layer (2) and the grounding metal layer (3). The planar antenna (10) having RFID electric tags of the invention may be used in the aspects of a metal surface and merchandise with a larger metal surface and liquid merchandise without interference when a RFID reader reads data.

    Abstract: A surface mounted planner antenna apparatus includes an antenna and a circuit board. The antenna includes a base, a radiation metal plate arranged on a top face of the base, and a ground metal plate arranged on a bottom face of the base. A through hole is defined from the radiation metal plate and passed through the base to the ground metal plate. A signal feeder is arranged in the through hole and electrically connected to the radiation metal plate but electrically insulated with the ground metal plate. The circuit board is attached on the bottom face of the base and includes an upper face and a lower face, the upper face includes an area for binding with the ground metal plate on the bottom face of the base, and the lower face includes a first pad and a signal feeding trace electrically connected with the signal feeder.

The cable (3) has a core (31) coated with an insulating layer (32). The insulating layer (32) is coated with a grounding layer (33). The grounding layer (33) is coated with an outer skin (34). One end of the cable (3) is electrically connected to a connector (35). The core (31) is connected to the second soldering region (15). The grounding layer (33) is soldered to the third soldering region (16).
