    Abstract: A tire tread detection apparatus and tire pressure detector setting apparatus with tire tread detection function are provided. The tire tread detection apparatus includes a body casing, a driving unit, a measuring member, a position member, and a sense member. The driving unit, the measuring member, and the positioning member are connected. The driving unit is applied for driving the measuring member to protrude outward from the body casing for measuring the tire tread depth of the tire. The sense member generates a measurement signal corresponding to the positioning member, such that the measurement signal indicates a tire tread depth value. Therefore, the tire tread depth is efficiently and accurately acquired.

    Abstract: A data transmitting device capable of configuring different operating frequencies for use by a tire pressure monitoring detector includes: a standard oscillator; a phase locked loop including a phase frequency comparator, a filter, and a pressure-controlling oscillator; a microcontrol unit electrically connected to the standard oscillator and the phase frequency comparator and adapted to store a first ratio and a second ratio; and a signal output unit electrically connected to the output end of the pressure-controlling oscillator and the microcontrol unit. The microcontrol unit allows a user to select and send the first or second ratio to the phase frequency comparator. The phase locked loop generates a target frequency signal according to the first or second ratio selected by the user. The microcontrol unit sends a data to the signal output unit, and the signal output unit outputs the data according to the frequency of the target frequency signal.

    Abstract: A tire pressure monitoring system includes a main unit carried in a motor vehicle having one or multiple vehicle tires, and a tire pressure sensor installed in each vehicle tire of the motor vehicle and electrically connected to the main unit through a wireless communication SoC (system-on-chip) therein in a wireless manner. The wireless communication SoC of each tire pressure sensor includes a first communication protocol and a second communication protocol the related data of the respective vehicle tire. Thus, the tire pressure monitoring system improves data signal transmission efficiency and achieves dual-mode transmission.
