    Abstract: A surgery assistive system includes an instrument having a tool and a manipulator connected to the tool, a spatial sensor system for detecting spatial information of the tool, and a computer system for manipulating a kinematic state of the manipulator. A method for obtaining surface information by the surgery assistive system includes the steps of: defining a target region and a plurality of reference points on a virtual anatomical model of a subject; prompting a user to generate sampling information by using the instrument to sample a plurality of sampling points on the subject corresponding to the reference points; and designating the sampling information as surface information of the sampling points. Each piece of the sampling information includes a coordinate of one of the sampling points, an angle of a contact of the tool at the sampling point, and parameters associated with the contact.

    Abstract: A fingerprint enrollment method, an electronic apparatus, a computer-readable storage medium are provided. The method includes following steps. An indication icon is displayed, wherein the indication icon is divided into N regions, N is a positive integer larger than 1, a region of the N regions is initially painted with a first color, and other regions of the N regions are initially painted with a second color. Whether a sensor apparatus is being touched is determined. When determined that the sensor apparatus is being touched, whether to capture a fingerprint image is determined. Each time when the fingerprint image is captured, the region with the first color is painted to a third color, and one of the N regions with the second color is painted to the first color. When number of the captured fingerprint image is up to N, a fingerprint sample is obtained from the captured fingerprint images.

    Abstract: A screening device that contains Nanog promoter, Sox2 promoter, Lin28 promoter, Oct4 promoter and luciferase gene and a method thereof is revealed. The screening device is used to find out small molecules that improve activity of the promoters mentioned-above. A reporter plasmid formed by a pStable vector is introduced into stable somatic cells or stem cells with reporter plasmids such as a C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line and a P19 embryonal carcinoma cell line. By the luciferase gene contained in the pStable vector and pluripotent gene promoters placed upstream of the luciferase gene, luciferase expression is assayed by luminescence intensity measured. Thus response and activity of the promoters placed upstream of the luciferase gene is measured and small molecules inducing pluripotency are found out. If a drug can activate all promoters or respective promoter, it can be used as a drug that induces cell pluropatency.
