    Abstract: A grid structure in a pixel array may be at least partially angled or tapered toward a top surface of the grid structure such that the width of the grid structure approaches a near-zero width near the top surface of the grid structure. This permits the spacing between color filter regions in between the grid structure to approach a near-zero spacing near the top surfaces of the color filter regions. The tight spacing of color filter regions provided by the angled or tapered grid structure provides a greater surface area and volume for incident light collection in the color filter regions. Moreover, the width of the grid structure may increase at least partially toward a bottom surface of the grid structure such that the wider dimension of the grid structure near the bottom surface of the grid structure provides optical crosstalk protection for the pixel sensors in the pixel array.

The PVD system includes a pedestal configured to hold a semiconductor wafer, a cover plate configured to hold a target, and a collimator between the pedestal and the cover plate. The collimator includes a plurality of passages configured to pass source material travelling from the cover plate toward the pedestal at an angle less than a threshold angle with respect to a line perpendicular to a surface of the pedestal facing the cover plate, where the collimator is configured to block source material travelling from the cover plate toward the pedestal at an angle greater than the threshold angle, where a first passage of the plurality of passages has a first passage length, where a second passage of the plurality of passages has a second passage length, and where the first passage length is less than the second passage length.

A method of forming said magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) device includes the following steps. An interlayer including a magnetic shielding layer is formed. The interlayer is etched to form recesses in the interlayer. The magnetic tunnel junction elements fill in the recesses. Or, a method of forming said magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) device includes the following steps. A magnetic tunnel junction layer is formed. The magnetic tunnel junction layer is patterned to form magnetic tunnel junction elements. An interlayer including a magnetic shielding layer is formed between the magnetic tunnel junction elements.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for generating identity data to be provisioned in product devices that are a part of a project. The method includes establishing a template associated with each CA in a hierarchical chain of CAs having a root CA at a highest level in the chain and a signing CA at a lowest level in the chain. The template associated with the signing CA inherits mandatory attribute fields specified in the root CA and any intermediate CA in the hierarchical chain. The mandatory attribute fields are user-specifiable fields to be populated with PKI data. A configuration file is generated upon receipt of an order for digital certificates using PKI data provided by a user to populate the mandatory attribute fields of the template associated with the signing CA. The digital certificates requested in the order are generated using the PKI data in the configuration file.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus is provided for establishing a process for provisioning a digital certificate service delivered by a PKI system. The method includes receiving a request for a digital certificate service and receiving data specifying a project that includes at least one product to be provisioned with a digital certificate. Data specifying an identification of an owner organization of the project and at least one participant organization participating in the project is also received. Attributes with which PKI data to be included in the digital certificates is to comply is received from the owner organization. Based on the received data and attributes, an account is established for each of the organizations associated with the project through which users associated with each of the organizations can respectively request digital certificates for the at least one product in accordance with the attributes received from the owner organization.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a sole, includes the following processes: (1) Daubing glue on cloth and then gluing a film onto the cloth; (2) After leaving the cloth still for a period of time, cutting the cloth glued with the film to desired shapes and then putting the cloth into a mold of the sole, the surface which is glued with the film being upward and the other surface contacting a lower mold; (3) Perfusing the liquid raw material which is used to manufacture the sole into the mold for molding, the bottom surface of the sole close connecting to the film so that the cloth connects to the sole after molding. A sole made by the above mentioned method comprises a sole body, and a cloth defined on the bottom surface of the sole body, wherein a film is defined between the cloth and the bottom surface of the sole body, the cloth and the film are connected by hot pressing after a daubing process, the film and the sole main-part are connected by a perfusion and molding process.
