    Abstract: Systems, devices and methods of manufacturing a system on silicon wafer (SoSW) device and package are described herein. A plurality of functional dies is formed in a silicon wafer. Different sets of masks are used to form different types of the functional dies in the silicon wafer. A first redistribution structure is formed over the silicon wafer and provides local interconnects between adjacent dies of the same type and/or of different types. A second redistribution structure may be formed over the first redistribution layer and provides semi-global and/or global interconnects between non-adjacent dies of the same type and/or of different types. An optional backside redistribution structure may be formed over a second side of the silicon wafer opposite the first redistribution layer. The optional backside redistribution structure may provide backside interconnects between functional dies of different types.

The porous bio-absorbable ceramic carrier is made of a material selected from the group comprising hydroxyapatite, ?-tricalcium phosphate, or calcium polyphosphate. The hydrogel composition further comprises a cell positioned in a pore of the porous bio-absorbable ceramic carrier. The hydrogel composition is introduced into the subject in the form of an injection thereby eliminating the need for a surgical procedure.

    Abstract: A method and a system for simulating a three-dimensional (3D) operating interface are provided. The method includes defining a partition line to partition a display frame of a screen into a first area and a second area, and defining a size of a unit grid to establish a first grid plane and a second grid plane in the first area and the second area respectively, the first grid plane and the second grid plane forming a simulated 3D grid space. The method also includes taking the unit grid as a unit to define an object size and an initial grid coordinate of an object. The initial grid coordinate is on one of the first and the second grid planes.     Abstract: A manufacturing apparatus and method for making high tensile strength bag material, the apparatus consists of a first feeding mechanism, a second feeding mechanism located on the deliver process of the first feeding mechanism, a set of opposing roller calender mechanism located behind the second feeding mechanism and a receiving mechanism behind the roller calendar mechanism. A roll of mesh belt is mounted on the first feeding mechanism and delivered therefrom. During transportation of the mesh belt, the second feeding mechanism delivers plastic films to cover the mesh belt. Then the mesh belt and plastic films are formed under heat and between ramming rollers in the roller calendar mechanism, and then are cooled in a cooling apparatus to make the mesh belt and plastic films bonding together. Finally, the bonded mesh belt and plastic films are wound by the receiving mechanism to become a high tensile strength bag material.
