  • Publication number: 20190172345
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and a method for detecting a dangerous vehicle. This method includes steps as follows. Vehicle detectors spaced apart from each other are provided, and each vehicle detector obtains a traffic image. The server infers the interaction among the vehicles in the traffic image according to a car-following theory, so as to find at least one outlier vehicle from the vehicles and to select the outlier vehicle as a focus vehicle to be tracked. The server determines whether the driving behavior of the focus vehicle falls into an abnormal behavior model.

  • Publication number: 20120048347
Abstract: A photovoltaic panel includes a substrate, a photovoltaic array formed on the substrate; two bus bars formed on the substrate and electrically connected to the photovoltaic array; two interconnecting wires connected to the bus bars; two partially-overlapped first insulation films; a first encapsulating film; a rear substrate; and a junction box disposed on the rear substrate. The first insulation films are located between the interconnecting wires and the photovoltaic array. The first encapsulating film covers the photovoltaic array, the bus bars, the interconnecting wires and the first insulation films. The first encapsulating film has two first slits for allowing the interconnecting wires to pass through. The rear substrate covers the first encapsulating film and has at least one opening for allowing the interconnecting wires to pass through. The interconnecting wires are electrically connected between the junction box and the bus bars to output the current produced by the photovoltaic array.

  • Publication number: 20110259415
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a backsheet for a photovoltaic module. The backsheet includes a nanocomposite layer, a first polymeric layer and a second polymeric layer. The nanocomposite layer includes a polymeric matrix and a plurality of silicate nanoparticles dispersed therein. The polymeric matrix includes at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of polyester, polyimide, polyethylene terephthalate and nylon. The silicate nanoparticles are made from a silicate clay selected from the group consisting of montmorillonite, sepiolite, fluoromica and vermiculite. The silicate clay is present at a concentration of about 0.5-20% by weight of the nanocomposite layer. The nanocomposite layer is disposed between the first polymeric layer and the second polymeric layer.

  • Publication number: 20110155221
Abstract: A solar panel includes a front glass, a photovoltaic film, a back glass, an encapsulant sheet and a weather-resist filler. The photovoltaic film is formed on the front glass. The back glass has a smaller or larger area than the front glass has, but the front and back glasses generally have the same shape. The encapsulant sheet is disposed between the front and back glasses for fully sealing the photovoltaic film and binding the front and back glasses together. When the front and back glasses are overlapped and bound, all bound edges of the front and back glasses define step-like areas. The weather-resist filler is filled onto the step-like areas for fully sealing the encapsulant sheet.
