    Abstract: Provided is a lentivirus packaging system, which comprises: a transfer plasmid comprising a nucleotide sequence of TAR-reserved-chimeric 5? long terminal repeat (LTR); at least one packaging plasmid comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding TAR RNA binding protein, a nucleotide sequence of rev gene, a nucleotide sequence of gag gene, and a nucleotide sequence of pol gene; and an envelope plasmid. Due to the expression of gene of TAR RNA binding protein by the packaging plasmids, the produced lentivirus has higher virus titer and can improve the transduction rate and the gene delivery efficiency during cell transduction. The present invention further provides a method of improving lentivirus production in a host cell, which comprises using the lentivirus packaging system to transfect the host cell. The present invention further provides a cell transduced by the lentivirus and a method of using the cell for treating cancer.

    Abstract: An information handling system includes multiple dual in-line memory modules (DIMMs) and a basic input/output system (BIOS). The DIMMs form a memory system of the information handling system. The BIOS begins a system boot of the information handling system, and performs a first memory reference code training. Based on the first memory reference code training, the BIOS discovers a bad DIMM of the DIMMs, and stores information associated with the bad DIMM. The BIOS reboots the information handling system. During the reboot, the BIOS retrieves the information associated with the bad DIMM. The BIOS disables a slot associated with the bad DIMM. In response to the slot being disabled, the BIOS performs a second memory reference code training. Based on the second memory reference code training, the BIOS downgrades the memory system to a closest possible DIMM population.

The light emitting device is disposed in the fixing container and includes an acoustic wave sensor, a controller, one or more light emitting elements and an electricity supplier. When the acoustic wave sensor receives an external acoustic wave signal higher than a predetermined value, it sends out an activating signal to the controller so that at least one light emitting element emits light. This invention is irrelevant to the hitting direction. It has an extremely low defective rate. Furthermore, the product life can be prolonged.
