The frame has a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion. The securing member has a shaft portion and a securing portion. The securing portion is connected with the shaft portion. The shaft portion has two salient portions protruding from the securing portion. The shaft portion is pivotally connected with the frame via the two salient portions. The securing portion is engaged with the first engaging portion. The elastic member is sleeved at the salient portion closer to the second engaging portion. Two ends of the elastic member abut the securing portion and the frame, respectively. The operating member has a rotating portion and an operating portion. The operating portion is connected with the rotating portion and is engaged with the second engaging portion.
