  • Patent number: 7540453
Abstract: A position adjusting device includes a base unit with spaced-apart first and second lateral plates. A bracket is elongated and interposed between the first and second lateral plates for mounting an integration rod, and includes opposite first and second open ends. A connecting mechanism includes two resilient pins connected respectively between the bracket and the first lateral plate and between the bracket and the second lateral plate. The resilient pins are proximate to the first open end of the bracket. An adjusting member extends through the first lateral plate, and abuts against one side of the bracket proximate to the second open end. The adjusting member drives the bracket to move along a first axis and a second axis perpendicular to the first axis. The first and second axes are perpendicular to an extension direction of the bracket.

  • Patent number: 7477799
Abstract: An image shifting module for shifting imaging positions of sub-images projected on a screen in each frame, and an optical projection device using the same are provided. The image shifting module includes a first vibration mechanism and a second vibration mechanism. The first vibration mechanism is disposed on the transmission path of the sub-images and shifts the sub-images projected on the screen by a first distance along a horizontal direction in each frame time. Moreover, the second vibration mechanism is disposed on the transmission path of the sub-images and shifts the sub-images projected on the screen by a second distance along a vertical direction in each frame time. Through this image shifting module, the image resolution can be increased.

  • Publication number: 20080186453
Abstract: A rear projection apparatus includes a display housing, a first screwing device, and an optical engine. The display housing has a fourth hole and a first fixing component. The optical engine includes a covering and a plurality of optical components. The plurality of optical components is fixed inside the covering. The covering is fixed on the housing directly. A first hole and a third hole are formed on the covering. The first screwing device is inserted into the third hole and the fourth hole. The first fixing component is inserted into the first hole. The plurality of optical components projects an image beam into an image on a screen.

  • Patent number: 7249857
Abstract: The present invention discloses a device for fastening an integration rod to an inner wall of a housing in a projection optical system and for adjusting a horizontal position and a vertical position of the integration rod corresponding to the inner wall. The fastening/adjusting device includes a frame, a sheath, a first spring, a second spring, a first adjustable screw, and a second adjustable screw. The integration rod is disposed in the sheath, and the sheath is disposed between the frame and the inner wall. The first adjustable screw pushes forward the integration rod, so that the first spring is compressed. The second adjustable screw pushes forward the sheath, so that the second spring is compressed. Therefore, the horizontal and vertical position of the integration rod corresponding to the inner wall can be respectively adjusted by adjusting the first and second adjustable screw.
