    Abstract: A construction method and an application of an ovarian granulosa cell line of Oncorhynchus mykiss are provided. The construction method includes transferring a single follicle to a complete Minimum Essential Medium (MEM) containing collagenase H for digestion and transferring primary ovarian granulosa cells to 18° C. for constant temperature culture. The disclosure also provides an ovarian granulosa cell line constructed according to the construction method, and the application of the ovarian granulosa cell line in the separation and culture of fish granulosa cells, the molecular regulation mechanism of granulosa cells and the establishment of hormone metabolism cell models. The construction method of the disclosure has strong repeatability and simple operation steps, and after primary culture, the granulosa cells have good growth state and stable physiological state.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for preferentially recovering manganese from waste lithium-rich manganese-based cathode material, the method comprising: step 1) calcination and leaching: mixing the waste lithium-rich manganese-based cathode material with ammonium sulfate and then performing low-temperature calcination, leaching the calcination product with water, and then performing solid-solution separation to obtain a leaching solution; step 2) complexing and manganese separating: adding ammonium sulfite to the leaching solution obtained in step 1) for a complex reaction to obtain manganese-rich residue; step 3) oxidation leaching: adding an oxidant to the manganese-rich residue obtained in step 2) to perform oxidation leaching, and adjusting the pH of the solution to obtain a manganese-rich solution; and step 4) extracting and stripping.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a temperature control method and a system for a blade shaft of an ultrasonic scalpel based on a temperature distribution function model. The system includes the blade shaft of the ultrasonic scalpel and a transducer that are coupled to each other, and is connected to a generator through a cable. When the blade shaft of the ultrasonic scalpel works, actual temperature of the blade shaft is distributed along a one-dimensional space of the blade shaft. The temperature distribution on the blade shaft is determined by a set of the real-time working feedback parameter, the physical structure feature parameter, and the surrounding environmental parameter of the blade shaft. Each temperature distribution corresponds to a solution of the temperature distribution function, and the function can be approximated by a machine leaning algorithm.

According to the present invention, the recovery, recrystallization and austenite transformation process of a deformed structure is changed, the nucleation rate is increased, the grain growth time is shortened, grains are refined, the strength of the material is improved, and the performance range of the material is expanded.
