Abstract: A field effect transistor includes a substrate having a transistor forming region thereon; an insulating layer on the substrate; a first graphene layer on the insulating layer within the transistor forming region; an etch stop layer on the first graphene layer within the transistor forming region; a first inter-layer dielectric layer on the etch stop layer; a gate trench recessed into the first inter-layer dielectric layer and the etch stop layer within the transistor forming region; a second graphene layer on interior surface of the gate trench; a gate dielectric layer on the second graphene layer and on the first inter-layer dielectric layer; and a gate electrode on the gate dielectric layer within the gate trench.

Abstract: A physical vapor deposition (PVD) system is disclosed. The PVD system includes a pedestal configured to hold a semiconductor wafer, a cover plate configured to hold a target, and a collimator between the pedestal and the cover plate. The collimator includes a plurality of passages configured to pass source material travelling from the cover plate toward the pedestal at an angle less than a threshold angle with respect to a line perpendicular to a surface of the pedestal facing the cover plate, where the collimator is configured to block source material travelling from the cover plate toward the pedestal at an angle greater than the threshold angle, where a first passage of the plurality of passages has a first passage length, where a second passage of the plurality of passages has a second passage length, and where the first passage length is less than the second passage length.

Abstract: A foot sensor and analysis device, which includes a pressure sensing layer arranged inside the insole and a sensing module installed inside the insole. The sensing module is electrically coupled with the pressure sensing layer for receiving and processing detected electronic signals, where sensing module includes an inductance coil to perform wireless charging to the battery. The pressure sensing layer and the sensing module are integrally formed inside the insole.

Abstract: A susceptor assembly for supporting a crucible during a crystal growth process includes a susceptor base, a tubular sidewall connected to the susceptor base, and a removable sacrifice ring interposed between the susceptor base and the sidewall. Each of the susceptor base and the sidewall is formed of a carbon-containing material. The susceptor base has an annular wall and a shoulder extending radially outward from an outer surface of the annular wall. The sidewall has a first end that receives the annular wall to connect the sidewall to the susceptor base. The sacrifice ring has a first surface that faces the outer surface of the annular wall, a second surface that faces an interior surface of the sidewall, and a ledge extending outward from the second surface that engages the first end of the sidewall.

Abstract: An inductor choke coil wire interference prevention structure includes a choke coil having a flat body portion wound into a continuous electrical coil portion, two end portions respectively downwardly extending from two opposite ends of the flat body portion and respectively bent into a respective soldering electrode. An extension tip is located on a distal end of each end portion remote from the flat body portion, and a layer of insulating film covers a contact surface of the end portion or an adjacent contact surface of the electrical coil portion to allow direct contact between the electrical coil portion and the contact surface of the end portion without causing electrical conduction or shorting.

Abstract: A waterproof and portable strap comprises a hanging strap and a holding means for carrying a small-type portable electronic device. The hanging strap has coupling heads on both sides, wherein the coupling heads have openings and closed trenches, and the closed trenches have several coupling parts. The closed trench of one coupling head has a taper surface. The holding means is a casing having a receiving trench and a closed surface on both sides for protecting the electronic device and stretching out a terminal portion, wherein the holding means has several coupling parts for coupling with the coupling parts of one closed trench of one coupling head, and the holding means has an exposed outer surface for insertion into the other closed trench of the other coupling head. The holding means has several retaining parts corresponding to the other coupling parts of the other closed trench.
