Abstract: An atomizer includes a liquid storage pipe having a liquid storage chamber, a connecting member, an adjusting member rotatably received in the connecting member, a pressing cover, and an air intake cover provided with a clamping claw capable of driving the adjusting member to rotate. A bottom wall of the connecting member is provided with a first liquid inlet hole communicating with the liquid storage chamber. The adjusting member is provided with a third liquid inlet hole corresponding to the first liquid inlet hole. The pressing cover is provided with at least one clamping groove. When the air intake cover is rotated, the clamping claw drives the adjusting member to rotate along the clamping groove, to cause the third liquid inlet hole to communicate with the first liquid inlet hole or to cause the adjusting member to close the first liquid inlet hole.

Abstract: Provided are an atomizing core, an atomizer, an aerosol generating device and a method for manufacturing an atomizing core. The atomizing core includes a porous substrate, a heating layer, and electrodes. The surface of at least one side of the porous substrate is provided with an atomizing surface. By forming the electrodes on the porous substrate by using a thick film process, the heating layer is covered on the atomizing surface of the porous substrate, and there is no need to form the electrodes on the heating layer. Therefore, the electrodes may be firmly connected to the porous substrate, and the electrodes will also not be impacted by the high-temperature and high-speed fluid of the aerosol-forming substrate, so that the electrodes are not easy to fall off.

The heating assembly, the atomizing core, and the aerosol generating device provided can limit heat loss of a hot area and avoid the extremely high temperature of a cold area, thereby improving the atomization efficiency and reducing heat resistance requirements of the heating assembly, the atomizing core, and the aerosol generating device for the electric contacts.
