    Abstract: An SR image reconstruction method based on deep convolutional sparse coding (DCSC) is provided. The method includes: embedding a multi-layer learned iterative soft thresholding algorithm (ML-LISTA) of a multi-layer convolutional sparse coding (ML-CSC) model into a deep convolutional neural network (DCNN), adaptively updating all parameters of the ML-LISTA with a learning ability of the DCNN, and constructing an SR multi-layer convolutional sparse coding (SRMCSC) network which is an interpretable end-to-end supervised neural network for SR image reconstruction; and introducing residual learning, extracting a residual feature with the ML-LISTA, and reconstructing a high-resolution (HR) image in combination with the residual feature and an input image, thereby accelerating a training speed and a convergence speed of the SRMCSC network.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a picture control method, a terminal, and a video conferencing apparatus. The method includes, when videos separately corresponding to more than one terminal in a video conference are separately displayed on a multipicture of a first terminal, receiving, by the first terminal, a first instruction that is used to replace a video source of a subpicture in the multipicture. The first instruction includes relative position information of at least one subpicture and indication information that is used to indicate a new video source of the at least one subpicture. The method further includes sending a request message including the first instruction to a video conferencing apparatus receiving a video stream that is corresponding to the new video source and sent by the video conferencing apparatus, and displaying the new video source on a subpicture corresponding to the new video source.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for implementing Wide Area Centrex (WAC), wherein the long number and short number corresponding relationship of the WAC users is set and saved. The method includes: routing the call initiated by a user to a soft-switch; receiving by the soft-switch the call information the calling user sends; after determining that the calling user is a WAC user based on the calling number, the soft-switch determining the route to the called user based on the call information and completing the call. The WAC, covering the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN)/Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) user and the Next Generation Network (NGN) user of different physical networks, can be implemented by using the method of the present invention without any software or hardware change to the switches in the existing network.
