Abstract: An assembled cabinet and power connection boards thereof, in which side board assemblies of the assembled cabinet are stacked in a way that upper power connectors of a power connection board of a lower side board assembly among two adjacent stacked up side board assemblies are electrically connected with lower power connectors of a power connection board of the an upper side board assembly among the two adjacent stacked up side board assemblies, so as to preserve the versatility and flexibility of the installation of the assembled cabinet while allowing stable power supply to the electronic locks of the assembled cabinet.

Abstract: A quick-release and quick-installation hinge assembly includes a hinge to which a toilet lid is rotatably connected, a key plate fixed on a toilet bowl, and a limiting member. The hinge is fixedly provided with a hinge base fitted with the key plate. The hinge base and the key plate are in insertion fit in a lateral direction. The limiting member is provided with an inserting portion. The key plate is provided with an inserting hole that is in insertion fit with the inserting portion for position limitation. The inserting portion is fitted with the inserting hole for position limitation to prevent the hinge base and the key plate from being separated from each other in the lateral direction. The inserting portion penetrates through the inserting hole. The quick-release and quick-installation hinge assembly realizes a stable convenient connection structure between the hinge base of the hinge and the key plate.

Abstract: Provided is a method for constructing microRNA adenovirus expression plasmids comprising severe hepatitis related genes of hfgl2 (Human Fibrinogen-like protein 2) prothrombinase, Fas and TNFR1 (tumor necrosis factor receptor 1), and the specificity and effectivity of microRNA interference plasmids are detected at cellular level so that a combined use of three microRNA adenovirus expression plasmids for the treatment of severe hepatitis can be achieved. According to the present invention, pAd/CMV/V5-DEST vectors and pcDNA expression plasmid of hfgl2, hFas and hTNFR1 are used to construct pAd-hfgl2, pAd-hFas and pAd-hTNFR1 by means of Gateway technology.
