    Abstract: A semiconductor package includes a redistribution structure and an encapsulated die electrically connected to the redistribution structure. The redistribution structure includes a first conductive pad, first and second conductive vias, and a first dielectric layer. The first conductive pad includes opposing first and second sides, the first conductive via lands on the first side of the first conductive pad and is tapered in a direction from the first side toward the second side. The second conductive via lands on the second side of the first conductive pad and is tapered in a direction from the second side toward the first side. The first dielectric layer laterally covers the first conductive pad and the first conductive via, and the first dielectric layer includes opposing first and second surfaces. The encapsulated die is disposed below the first side of the first conductive via.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method and device for providing a wire breakage warning. The method includes: obtaining a plurality of process values when a crystal ingot cutting machine uses a cutting wire to cut a crystal ingot; dividing the process values into N groups, and determining a statistical property of each of the groups; identifying outlier values in the process values based on the statistical property of each of the groups, or determining a statistical property variation corresponding to each of the groups based on the statistical property of each of the groups; and in response to determining that the outlier values in the process values meet a first warning condition, or the statistical property variation corresponding to each of the groups meets a second warning condition, providing a wire breakage warning associated with the cutting wire.

The first driving assembly is used to drive the second driving assembly and the support frame to move circumferentially around the first gear in a considerably horizontal plane, and the second driving component is used to drive the support to move back in a considerably vertical direction. The support frame is used for mounting UV lamp. The flexibility of the fixing assembly is improved. The UV lamp may comprehensively irradiate and cure the photosensitive adhesive.

    Abstract: Provided are techniques for identifying and correcting model focus drift during model training. A model is trained using an original dataset with data, and the is classified into clusters. A representation is assigned to each of the clusters. A first visualization dashboard with visualizations is generated, where each visualization represents a first data distribution of an associated cluster using the representation assigned to that cluster. The model is fine-tuned using a fine-tune dataset. A second visualization dashboard is generated by updating each visualization, where each visualization represents a second data distribution of the associated cluster. It is determined that a cluster of the clusters has focus drift based on changes between the first data distribution and the second data distribution. The focus drift is corrected by: adding the data of the cluster to the fine-tune dataset to form a combined dataset and fine-tuning the model using the combined dataset.
