  • Publication number: 20240079278
Abstract: A method includes forming a pad layer. The pad layer includes a first portion over a first part of a semiconductor substrate, and a second portion over a second part of the semiconductor substrate. The first portion has a first thickness, and the second portion has a second thickness smaller than the first thickness. The semiconductor substrate is then annealed to form a first oxide layer over the first part of the semiconductor substrate, and a second oxide layer over the second part of the semiconductor substrate. The pad layer, the first oxide layer, and the second oxide layer are removed. • Publication number: 20060146547
Abstract: A lamp hanging structure comprises a wire connecting box; an edge of the wire connecting box having two ears; a hanging rod; each of two ends of the hanging rod being installed with an fixing hole which is corresponding to a respective one of two positioning holes; a retaining block having a threaded section; a hook being embedded into the retaining block and the elastomer extending upwards to the hook; an elastomer resisting against the hook so as to seal the hook. In assembly, the hanging rod is locked to the positioning holes of the ears. Then the hook is suspended from the hanging rod. The hanging rod resists against the elastomer of the retaining block so that the hanging rod slides through the elastomer to enter into the hook. It can restore automatically through the elastomer so that the hook is positioned to the hanging rod.

  • Patent number: 6986680
Abstract: A conductive wire insertion device for installing a lamp rod including a retaining seat and a locking seat. The retaining seat has a stepped through hole. A larger stepped hole of the through hole is exactly inserted by a female joint of a first electric wire. A male joint of a second electric wire is exactly positioned in a bottom stepped hole of the inserting hole. After the locking seat inserts into the retaining seat from a top end thereof, a male joint slightly protruded from a bottom end of the locking seat has an end portion which is exactly inserted into the female joint. A user only inserts the locking seat into the retaining seat without using any locking tool. Thus, the user may assemble it by himself or herself.

  • Patent number: 6926424
Abstract: A device for rapid installation of a lamp provides easy connection for a plurality of fluorescent tubes to a connecting box. Each of the fluorescent tubes is mounted into a base frame where a slide rod on a sliding track thereof secures the insertion of a fluorescent tube. As a fluorescent tube is inserted into the base frame, a slopped upper surface at the end thereof pushes the slide rod inward and upward. The slide rod, pushed by the fluorescent tube to the higher end of the sliding track, departs from a higher side of the slopped upper surface, slides back to the lower end of the sliding track, and thereby steadily holds the fluorescent tube. To unplug a fluorescent tube, the slide rod is pushed over the higher end of the sliding track so that the base frame and the fluorescent tube are unlocked.
