  • Publication number: 20160081279
Abstract: An automatic liquid supply planting device has a base, a planting holder mounted on the base, a liquid supply module, and a bottle. The liquid supply module is mounted on the base and has a liquid supply base mounted on the base and having a liquid guiding hole. The liquid supply bottle cap is detachably mounted on the liquid supply base and has a cap body detachably inserted into the liquid supply base, a base wall annularly formed on an inner side of the cap body and located at an end of the cap body, and a liquid outlet hole formed through the base wall and communicating with the liquid guiding hole. The bottle is detachably combined with the cap body and has an inner space communicating with the liquid outlet hole.

  • Publication number: 20060032129
Abstract: A self-watering breeding device has a culturing slide, a capillary sheet, and an optional immersion sheet. The culturing slide has a gradual slope, a steep slope and a guiding arc connected between the gradual slope and the steep slope. The gradual slope has multiple through holes to allow roots of seeds extending through the through holes. The capillary sheet attaches on the steep slope and extends over the guiding arc. The immersion sheet attaches on the gradual slope and partially overlaps with the capillary sheet. When the culturing slide stands on a basin full of water, the capillary sheet absorbs water and guides water over the guiding arc to reach the gradual slope. Then, water travels over the entirely immersion sheet to supply seeds on the gradual slope by gravity attraction. Additionally, exceeded water slides along the gradual slope to the basin to recycle.

  • Publication number: 20050268551
Abstract: A self-watering breeding device has a culturing slide (10), a capillary sheet (20), and an optional immersion sheet (22). The culturing slide (10) has a gradual slop (11), a steep slop (12) and a guiding arc (122) connected between the gradual slop (11) and the steep slop (12). The capillary sheet (20) attaches on the steep slop (12) and extends over the guiding arc (122). The immersion sheet (22) attaches on the gradual slop (11) and partially overlaps with the capillary sheet (20). When the culturing slide (10) stands on a basin full of water, the capillary sheet (20) absorbs water and guides water over the guiding arc (122) to reach the gradual slop (11). Then, water travels over the entirely immersion sheet (22) to supply seeds on the gradual slop (11) by gravity attraction. Additionally, exceeded water slides along the gradual slop (11) to the basin to recycle.

  • Patent number: 6442893
Abstract: A bean sprout culture box with a sprinkling device has a water tray, at least one culture case, a sprinkling case, a hollow sprinkler pivotally mounted in the sprinkling case and an inlet valve. The sprinkling case has multiple drain holes defined in the bottom of the sprinkling case. The hollow sprinkler has a chamber defined in the bottom of the sprinkler and multiple posts extending down from the sprinkler at the end opposite from the chamber. With such a bean sprout culture box, the sprinkling device can automatically sprinkle by the effect of gravity on the water, and electricity is not needed.

  • Patent number: 6067750
Abstract: An automatic sprinkling device for a bean sprout culture box assembly including a base box and a stacked culture boxes. The device includes a pump mounted on the base box which pumps water from the base box to the top culture box. The device includes a pump actuating circuit that actuates the pump, a transistor having a base and a collector, and a relay having a first end connected to the collector of the transistor and a second end connected to the pump. A microprocessor having an output is connected to the base of the transistor. A data setting unit is connected to an input of the microprocessor and arranged to input data into the microprocessor. A display unit is connected to the output of the microprocessor and displays data generated by the data setting unit. A memory device is connected to the microprocessor and is arranged to store data set by the data setting unit.

  • Patent number: 5983562
Abstract: A bean sprout culture box assembly includes a water carrying plate defining an overflow port in one side wall thereof. A transparent box is supported on the water carrying plate and includes four side walls and a bottom portion. A plurality of vent holes are defined in each of the side walls of the transparent box, and a plurality of draining holes are defined in the bottom portion of the transparent box. A net plate is received in the transparent box and is supported on the bottom portion thereof, and a plurality of meshes are defined in the net plate and communicate with the draining holes. A transparent hood is mounted on an upper portion of the transparent box, and a plurality of vent ports are defined in the transparent hood.
