  • Patent number: 7419191
Abstract: A quick insert nozzle structure has a pipe connector connected to an insert nozzle. An end of the pipe connector has a containing groove for connecting a joint of a quick insert nozzle that has three circular grooves. An external circular groove installs a washer; a middle circular groove embeds balls, and an internal circular groove embeds a dust resisting cover. The balls match the joint for installing the balls and the washer. The wide groove diameter is coupled to the narrow groove diameter to form a guiding cambered surface, and the thickness of the wide groove diameter is reduced to form a thin covering plate. After the joint is installed, the thin covering plate is stamped to limit the balls, and a dust resisting cover is installed to complete assembling the quick insert nozzle. This invention not only makes the assembling process easy, but also prevents possible leaks.

  • Publication number: 20080111094
Abstract: The present invention provides an improved structure of an air compressed valve comprising a sluice pipe and a sluice outlet, wherein the sluice pipe has an external screw pattern and a blockade located at one end opening. At least one water entrance is provided at one side of the blockade, and the water entrance is connected to a water passage located inside the sluice pipe so that water can exist from another end opening of the blockade. The sluice outlet comprises a screw head and a screw pipe extended from one end opening of the screw head, wherein the screw pipe further comprises an external screw pattern and an internal screw pattern connected to an internal side of the screw head. The sluice pipe to rotate up and down inside the screw head and the screw pipe, and the blockade of the sluice pipe is water-sealed an opening of the screw pipe.

  • Publication number: 20070296210
Abstract: A universal joint having a screw cap, a rotating portion and a screw tube. The screw cap has a first stop portion located at one of openings, and a first seal pad is provided in an inner part of the screw cap. The rotating portion is comprised of a rotating head connecting to a pipe, the rotating head has a hole on a upper half-circle ball portion of the rotating head, and the half-circle ball portion is utilized to support the first stop portion of the screw cap. A second stop portion with external threading pattern is provided in the screw tube, wherein a second seal pad is provided on the second stop portion, the screw cap is sealed with the second stop portion. The hole of the rotating head is securely closed off and sealed off.

  • Patent number: 7025391
Abstract: A non-permeable pipe connector structure, the design of which effectively prevents external material (such as vapor and miscellaneous substances, etc.) intrusion. To obstruct the intrusion of external matter into the pipe connector, a ball bearing holder is disposed at the pipe connector, enabling even greater ball bearing durability and, furthermore, free rotation. A protective flange is disposed as the bottom surface of the ball bearing holder such that when the coupling nipple and the connector base are fastened together, the protective flange effectively blocks external matter, thereby precluding entry to avert subsequent damage to the bearings. Furthermore, a rubber sealing ring sleeved onto the annular groove prevents vaporous or acid and alkaline substance intrusion into the bearings, and has safe defensive effectiveness.
