Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a substrate, an initial layer, and a superlattice stack. The initial layer is located on the substrate and includes aluminum nitride (AlN). The superlattice stack is located on the initial layer and includes a plurality of first films, a plurality of second films and at least one doped layer, and the first films and the second films are alternately stacked on the initial layer, wherein the at least one doped layer is arranged in one of the first films and the second films, and dopants of the at least one doped layer are selected from a group consisting of carbon, iron, and the combination thereof.

Abstract: A steam iron includes a drip-collecting unit disposed between a base and a water reservoir and formed with a drip chamber. The base includes an ironing plate, a heating element, a steam chamber, and a plurality of steam spray ports. The drip-collecting unit cooperates with the water reservoir to define a drip passage. When the temperature of the ironing plate reaches a temperature value, an automatic control unit automatically opens the drip valve so as to allow for flow of water from the water reservoir into the drip chamber via the drip passage. A stop valve is operable to move between an open position whereat flow of water from the drip chamber into the steam chamber is allowed, and a closed position whereat flow of water from the drip chamber into the steam chamber is prevented.

Abstract: A food steaming device includes a water container, a heater, a liquid collecting unit, and a steaming tray. The water container has a first bottom wall and a surrounding wall that cooperate to define a chamber. The first bottom wall has a heat conductive hollow protrusion. The heater is provided removably below the water container, and has a heating element projecting into and connected thermally to the hollow protrusion. The liquid collecting unit is mounted on the water container, and has a second bottom wall covering the chamber and a blocking ring surrounding a steam supply hole and projecting upwardly from the second bottom wall. The steaming tray is mounted on the liquid collecting unit, and is adapted to receive food. A lid covers the steaming tray.
