    Abstract: Semiconductor devices and methods of forming the same are provided. In some embodiments, a method includes receiving a workpiece having a redistribution layer disposed over and electrically coupled to an interconnect structure. In some embodiments, the method further includes patterning the redistribution layer to form a recess between and separating a first conductive feature and a second conductive feature of the redistribution layer, where corners of the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature are defined adjacent to and on either side of the recess. The method further includes depositing a first dielectric layer over the first conductive feature, the second conductive feature, and within the recess. The method further includes depositing a nitride layer over the first dielectric layer. In some examples, the method further includes removing portions of the nitride layer disposed over the corners of the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature.

    Abstract: A knife-grinder has a body and a grinding device. The body has a handle segment and a mounting segment. The handle segment is formed on a rear end of the body. The mounting segment is formed on a front end of the body, is formed on and protrudes from the handle segment and has a chamber, an opening, two pivot holes and a major grinding mouth. The grinding device is detachably mounted in the body and has two pivot rods, a first grinding element and a second grinding element. The pivot rods are respectively mounted in the pivot holes of the mounting segment. The grinding elements are respectively, rotatably and movably mounted around the pivot rods, and each grinding element has a spacing disk and two grinding slices. The grinding slices are respectively, rotatably and movably mounted around the pivot rods beside the spacing disks in an alternative arrangement.

    Abstract: A knife sharpener has a housing, a base, a sharpening device and an adjustable device. The housing has a case, a cavity and a slot. The cavity is defined in the case and the slot is defined in the case and communicates with the cavity. The base is mounted on the housing and has a base board and two side walls formed on the base board. The sharpening device is movable mounted on the base and is received inside the housing. The sharpening device has two sharpening arms with sharpening rods. The adjustable device is mounted on the sharpening device mounted between the two sharpening arms. When the knife sharpener is used, the adjustable device is rotated to change the cross-position of the sharpening device. Therefore, a knife may be sharpened at a different site on the sharpening rods for prolonging the life span of the knife sharpener.

    Abstract: A slot lock has a housing, a key and a locking device. The housing has an upper shell and a lower shell. The upper shell has a slot and a key hole. The locking device has two locking arms, a connecting arm, a first biasing member and a second biasing member. The locking arms are pivotally mounted in the upper shell and each has a key-clamping end, a tab and a coin-holding end. The connecting arm has two ends engaging respectively with the tabs on the locking arms. The first biasing member is mounted between the upper shell and the connecting arm and has two ends connected respectively to the locking arms. The second biasing member has two ends connected to the upper shell and a middle provided with a stop corresponding to the slot.
