  • Publication number: 20120208426
Abstract: A bubble shooter toy constructed of a gun-shaped housing having a trigger disposed on a portion of the gun-shaped housing, a liquid receptacle, an air blast blower, a muzzle installed at one end of the gun-shaped housing and defined by at least one bore for discharging bubble, and a liquid extraction unit for passing a soapy solution from the liquid receptacle to the bore for discharging bubble. A displacement crank has been arranged to press on air bags within the housing such that when a trigger is in a pressed position, the hydraulic and air pressure are extended through the gas and liquid pipes within the toy, thereby producing bubbles. The resulting bubble-producing mechanism is useful for streamlining mechanical operation of the toy. The lack of liquid extraction motor in place allows for simplified integrity and lower production cost of the toy.

  • Publication number: 20060217032
Abstract: A flexible toys comprises mainly a flexible main body provided with a holding portion extending from the top of the flexible main body, and engaged with at least one swing part on the middle section thereof; wherein said flexible swing part is provided with several flexible bars; the flexible main body and the flexible swing part can be designed to have different colors. As the operator holds the holding portion on the top of the flexible main body, said flexible main body is in a stretched state, whereby as the operator rotates the flexible main body to the right, the flexible main body becomes twisted. Upon releasing the flexible main body, the flexible main body will turn quickly to the left, thereby cause the fling of the flexible bars of the flexible swing part. As the flexible main body rotates left to a certain extent, the flexible main body becomes twisted and then turns to the right again. Under such constant rotation to right and left, the fling of the main body and swing part can persist.

  • Patent number: 6943893
Abstract: In an optical heterodyne surface plasma wave detecting method and apparatus, light that contains correlated P1 and P2 wave components (TM waves) is directed to a total reflective component such that two surface plasma waves are generated at an interface of a metal film and a test object. Light reflected from the total reflective component is detected to obtain an optical heterodyne test signal that is compared with an optical heterodyne reference signal to determine changes in at least one of amplitude and phase of the optical heterodyne signal relative to the optical heterodyne reference signal.

  • Publication number: 20050096190
Abstract: An exercise bicycle comprises a bicycle main body. The bicycle main body is provided with two elliptical wheels, wherein the front and the rear wheels are either arranged in parallel to each other, or arranged perpendicularly to each other. When the elliptical wheels are arranged in parallel to each other, the elliptical wheels are synchronously driven such that the rider will alternately rise up and fall down during the riding operations. Meanwhile, the shock absorber under the seat cushion also rises up and falls down. Whereas, when the elliptical wheels are arranged perpendicularly to each other, the elliptical wheels are perpendicularly driven such that the rider will move wavily during the riding operations. Regardless of arrangement of the elliptical wheels, during the riding operations, the rider can feel a riding-horse effect so as to enhance riding amusement and provide a whole body exercising effect to the rider.

  • Patent number: 6620019
Abstract: The present invention relates to a magic egg, which mainly comprises a hollow egg-like membrane having the color of egg white, and features of contractibility and stickiness, and besides, an opening is set at the top portion to let the diaphanous liquid and the yellow ball pass through and enter the egg-like membrane to bulge it, making it like an elliptic egg. In addition, a cover is combined with the opening of the egg-like membrane to enclose the opening steadily so that the diaphanous liquid can be prevented from effusion. When the user exert himself to cast the egg-like membrane having the diaphanous liquid and the yellow ball toward an plane, the egg-like membrane can adhere to the plane in a flat status like a fried egg. After a period, the egg-like membrane slowly recovers to the original elliptic egg style because of its contractibility.

  • Patent number: 6327037
Abstract: In an optical rotation angle polarimeter for investigating optical activity of a test object, a two-frequency laser source generates a laser beam with two eigen modes of two different temporal frequencies and two orthogonal linear polarized waves. The laser beam is to be passed through the test object. The polarized beam splitter is adapted to receive and split the laser beam, which exits the test object, into first and second orthogonal optical heterodyne interference X-axis and Y-axis components. Each of first and second photo detectors receives a respective one of the first and second orthogonal optical heterodyne interference X-axis and Y-axis components from the polarized beam splitter, and generates a corresponding optical heterodyne interference signal. A signal processor is connected to the first and second photo detectors, and combines the optical heterodyne interference signals therefrom so as to obtain an optical heterodyne interference output.
