    Abstract: A handheld electronic device is provided. The handheld electronic device includes a touch display unit, a sensor unit and a processing unit. The sensor unit detects a rotation angle of the handheld electronic device relative to a gravity direction and a displacement of the handheld electronic device. The processing unit is electrically connected to the touch display unit and the sensor unit to extend a timeout threshold of the touch display unit from a first value to a second value that is larger than the first value when the rotation angle is within a reading mode range. The processing unit keeps the timeout threshold at the second value when at least a first condition that the displacement of the handheld electronic device is larger than a predetermined value is met.

The control unit is for generating a close signal according to the first control signal. The switch unit closes the circuit between the power source unit and the bulb according to the close signal to enable the bulb to keep emitting light; and opens the circuit between the power source unit and the bulb if no receiving the close signal, thereby keeping the bulb extinguishing. A related control device for controlling the apparatus is also provided.

A patterned optical shielding layer is applied on the photosensitive insulating layer. Exposure procedure is performed curing the exposed photosensitive insulating layer. The optical shielding layer and the underlying photosensitive insulating layer are sequentially removed, thereby forming an opening. A patterned upper electrode is formed on the photosensitive insulating layer filling the opening to create a conductive via hole.
