The upper head parts include an upper bearing cup having an axially extending oval slot and two retaining surfaces arranged parallelly with the major axis of the oval slot at laterals, an upper bearing having an eccentric slot for receiving the front fork stem and an eccentric seat for engaging into the oval slot, and an adjusting washer mounted in the upper bearing cup and movable along the minor axis of the oval slot and having a circular opening for receiving the upper bearing.
