  • Publication number: 20240136291
Abstract: Semiconductor devices and methods of forming the same are provided. In some embodiments, a method includes receiving a workpiece having a redistribution layer disposed over and electrically coupled to an interconnect structure. In some embodiments, the method further includes patterning the redistribution layer to form a recess between and separating a first conductive feature and a second conductive feature of the redistribution layer, where corners of the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature are defined adjacent to and on either side of the recess. The method further includes depositing a first dielectric layer over the first conductive feature, the second conductive feature, and within the recess. The method further includes depositing a nitride layer over the first dielectric layer. In some examples, the method further includes removing portions of the nitride layer disposed over the corners of the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature.

  • Publication number: 20240079887
Abstract: The present invention provides a protection circuit applied to a battery module, which includes a self-control protector, a switch element and a voltage clamping loop; the self-control protector includes a fuse unit and a heater; when the switch element receives a control signal, the switch element will be turned on; when the switch element is turned on, the voltage clamping loop provides a clamp voltage to clamp a working current passing through the self-control protector within a current range where the fuse unit can be blown; and as such, the fuse unit of the self-control protector will be blown by the working current heating the heater.

  • Publication number: 20110109145
Abstract: An armrest assembly applied to connect an armrest with a seat bottom. The armrest includes an armrest member, an armrest support and a fastening plate extending from a bottom end of the armrest support toward the seat. The fastening plate is arranged with a plurality of fastening holes so that the fastening plate is secured on the seat bottom by inserting screws through the fastening holes. The armrest assembly uses a pad with tapered plane being fixed on a fastening plate on a bottom side of an armrest support to adjust the relative position of the fastening plate and a bottom side of the seat. Thus the armrests are arranged vertically on two sides of the chair. Moreover, one armrest of the present invention is applied to connect with a plurality of chair seats so as to increase applications of the armrest.

  • Publication number: 20110095591
Abstract: A headrest bracket for office chairs includes a first bracket having a fastening surface on one side thereof for being fixed on a rear side of a seat back of an office chair, a first pivoting member disposed on a corresponding side, a second bracket whose lower end is disposed with a second pivoting member that forms an angle adjustment mechanism with the first pivoting member at different angles. While assembling the first and the second brackets to form a headrest bracket, there are various assembling models with different angles between the second bracket and the fastening surface of the first bracket formed by means of the angle adjustment mechanism so that the headrest bracket can be assembled with different types of seat back of the office chair.

  • Publication number: 20110095588
Abstract: A two-stage adjusting member for adjusting slope of a seat back formed by a first stage adjusting member and a second stage adjusting member is disclosed. A user operates the first stage adjusting member so that the seat back reclines from 90 degrees to 70 degrees to the horizontal. Then the users operates the second stage adjusting member so as to make the seat back further incline backward such as 10 degrees more to another slope. Thus the seat back slope is adjusted in two stages and such design is much more safer for users and can prevent danger or harm caused by suddenly reclining.

  • Publication number: 20110089738
Abstract: A headrest set for office chairs includes a bracket whose lower end is fastened on a rear side of a seat back while a top end of the bracket connects with and supports a backside plate of the headrest, a headrest, and an elastic buffering member arranged between the backside plate of the headrest and the top end of the bracket. By deformation of an elastic member, the headrest set has buffering effects. When the user's head suddenly leans against a headrest surface or the user changes the posture from sitting to reclining, the impact caused by the reaction force of the headrest surface is buffered and the headrest surface is automatically adjusted so as to enhance comfort of the headrest.
