    Abstract: A supported metallocene catalyst includes a carrier and a metallocene component. The carrier includes an inorganic oxide particle and an alkyl aluminoxane material. The alkyl aluminoxane material includes an alkyl aluminoxane compound and an alkyl aluminum compound that is present in amount ranging from greater than 0.01 wt % to less than 14 wt % base on 100 wt % of the alkyl aluminoxane material. The metallocene component is supported on the carrier, and includes one of a metallocene compound containing a metal from Group 3B, a metallocene compound containing a metal from Group 4B, and a combination thereof. A method for preparing the supported metallocene catalyst and a method for preparing polyolefin using the supported metallocene catalyst are also disclosed.

    Abstract: An adjustable latch assembly includes a cylindrical housing to accommodate a deadbolt which has a first notch and a second notch. Correspondingly, each of the assembling plates has an assembling hole and an adjusting groove. Two assembling plates are inserted into an adjustable casing which includes an axial hole, a pair of assembling holes and a passage. A pulling member is sandwiched in between the two assembling plates, and has an engaging gap in which to extend an engaging arm of an actuating cam. A push-button member is movably received in the passage of the adjustable casing, and has an inclined surface. In adjusting operation, the inclined surface of the push-button member moves upward a bottom edge of the pulling member so that a shoulder of the pulling member is disengaged from either of the first notch or the second notch of the connecting plate.

    Abstract: A doorknob has a latch bolt assembly, a first knob assembly and a second knob assembly. The latch bolt assembly is mounted between the first and second knob assemblies and has a connector guide, a latch bolt connector assembly and a bolt. The bolt is attached to and is controlled by the latch bolt connector assembly. The first and second knob assemblies respectively have a knob, a lock cylinder, a sleeve and a lock activator. The doorknob cover engages the sleeve and limits the rotating of the sleeve and the knob. The lock activator is mounted in the sleeve and controls the latch bolt connector assembly. The lock cylinder controls the lock activator and has a keyhole. When the proper key is inserted into the keyhole, the doorknob can be unlocked.

The outer disk coupler has a flat edge. The lock coupling arms connect to the lock core that rotates the outer disk coupler. The latch bolt coupler is rotated by the lock coupler and includes a latch coupling arm and a longitudinal tab. The restitution element is mounted around the latch coupling arm. The cover is attached to the rear of the inner housing. Consequently, the flat edge abuts the longitudinal tab that rotates the latch coupling arm when the outer disk coupler is rotated.

    Abstract: A hybrid reactive power compensation device comprises a passive type reactive power compensator and an active type reactive power compensator serially connected thereto. The passive type reactive power compensator is an AC power capacitor adapted to provide the reactive power that reduces capacity of the active type reactive power compensator. The active type reactive power compensator is consisted of a power converter, a DC capacitor, a high-frequency ripple filter and a controller. The hybrid reactive power compensation device can supply a linearly adjustable reactive power within a predetermined range, and the supplied current is approximated to be a sinusoidal waveform. Therefore, it can avoid the destruction of AC power capacitor caused by the power resonance.
