  • Patent number: 11940228
Abstract: The present invention discloses a high-temperature fluid transporting pipeline with a heat exchange apparatus installed therein, a suitable heat exchange apparatus and a heat exchange method, wherein heat contained in a high-temperature fluid can be recovered during the transportation thereof. The heat exchange apparatus comprises a heat exchange body inserted into the high-temperature fluid transporting pipeline, and a heat-receiving fluid coil installed therein. The method of heat exchange is that the high-temperature fluid heats an auxiliary fluid in a heat exchange cavity via a heat exchange panel of the heat exchange body in contact therewith, and the heated auxiliary fluid then conducts the heat to a heat-receiving fluid in the heat-receiving fluid coil.

  • Publication number: 20220411286
Abstract: A high salinity wastewater treatment system is provided according to the present application, which includes a hydrogel loading system and a flow-storage different-oriented-inlet-and-outlet system. The hydrogel loading system includes six separation plates, a wastewater treatment area, a water distribution bin, a rotating shaft, a driving motor and a fixed bracket. The six separation plates evenly separate the wastewater treatment area into six separate treatment sectors in an axial direction. The six separate treatment sectors are filled with hydrogel materials with water purification effect. The high salinity wastewater infiltrates into each separate treatment sector one by one through high salinity wastewater inlet meshes on a surface of the wastewater treatment area, and the purified high salinity wastewater is discharged through a wastewater cleaning outlet pipe with a same water inlet direction as a cleaning filler distribution pipe.

  • Publication number: 20220036114
Abstract: Provided is a system and method of electronically identifying a license plate and comparing the results to a predetermined database. The software aspect of the system runs on standard PC hardware and can be linked to other applications or databases. It first uses a series of image manipulation techniques to detect, normalize and enhance the image of the number plate. Optical character recognition (OCR) is used to extract the alpha-numeric characters of the license plate. The recognized characters are then compared to databases containing information about the vehicle and/or owner.

  • Publication number: 20190310818
Abstract: Example techniques are described for image processing to selectively perform a warping operation if there is change in orientation of a display device between frames. For example, if there is change in orientation of a display device between processing a first frame and after rendering of a second frame, processing circuitry may perform a warp operation on the second frame to warp image content of the second frame based on a current orientation of the display device. If there is no change in orientation of the display device between processing a third frame and after rendering of a fourth frame, the processing circuitry may bypass the warp operation on the fourth frame to avoid warping entire image content of the fourth frame.

  • Publication number: 20180332316
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and device for accelerating playback of a single-fragment video. The method includes: when a video playback request sent by a playback end being intercepted, obtaining from the video playback request a first requested time point and a segment data length of the single-fragment video; downloading video data from the first requested time point of the target single-fragment video, and forwarding the downloaded video data to the playback end for real-time playback; and when a data length of the downloaded video data being equal to the segment data length, simultaneously downloading and caching one or more data segments following the data segment corresponding to the first requested time point in the target single-fragment video. On the basis of ensuring smooth playback of the single-fragment video data by the playback end, this disclosure accelerates data downloading and caching of the single-fragment video.
