  • Patent number: 10355324
Abstract: A degassing method for a lithium battery cell includes the following steps: providing a lithium battery cell including a sealed bag, a degassing tube is arranged on the sealed bag and an end of the degassing tube is communicated with a space in the sealed bag, the sealed bag is filled with electrolyte solution and a remnant gas is contained therein; providing a negative pressure on an external surface of the sealed bag to inflate the sealed bag and therefore decompress the sealed bag to vaporize a part of the electrolyte solution, and the remnant gas is separated from the liquid electrolyte solution and mixed with the vaporized electrolyte solution to form a mixed gas; extracting the mixed gas via the degassing tube, therefore the vaporized electrolyte is pressurized to be liquefied in the degassing tube, and the remnant gas is discharged through the degassing tube.

  • Publication number: 20100041900
Abstract: The invention relates to the active lactam compounds with inhibitory effect (anti-proliferative effect) on cancer cells, which are isolated from adlay (Coix lachryma-jobi L. var. ma-yuen Stapf) bran. In the present invention, structures and activities in vitro of the active lactam compounds are further characterized. The active compounds exhibited a strong anti-proliferative effect on cancer cells, such as human lung cancer cell and human colorectal carcinoma cell.

  • Patent number: 5486311
Abstract: An optically erasable read-and-write liquid crystal/side-chain liquid crystalline polymer composition, and method of making recordation on the same, are disclosed. The liquid crystal/side-chain liquid crystalline polymer composition of the present invention comprises: (1) from 45% to 85% of a nematic type ester-based liquid crystal and (2) from 15% to 55% of side-chain polymethylsiloxane liquid crystalline polymer having a molecular weight between about 4,000 to 10,000. The side-chain polymethylsiloxane polymer is prepared by graft-polymerization of a biphenyl derivative having a terminal saturated or unsaturated alkyl group, which can be either symmetrical or asymmetrical, with a polymethylsiloxane to form the liquid crystal side-chain polymethylsiloxane polymer of the present invention. Data are recordable on the recording medium of the present invention using a laser beam heating, and are erasable by applying an external electrical field.
